I've been coming here since it opened. The shishas are spot on, great atmosphere and I will continue to visit this place for years to come! The customer service is amazing and it helps that the guys are always willing to fulfil my crazy shisha requirements, no matter how difficult or awkward I can be . I will definitely be recommending TBSL to all my friends. Keep up the good work guys!
Quality shisha lounge, spaced out and not cramped like most other places. Quality flavoured shisha and great mocktails. Environment is perfect.

Amazing lounge! Amazing workers! I love the whole vibe. Shisha flavours are on point and produce thick clouds, and their mocktails are so refreshing and tasty! Would defo recommend this place!

First and foremost, the shisha was brilliant. The service was attentive and the decor provided a brilliant relaxed yet classy vibe. This was my first time here and certainly won’t be my last! Couldn’t recommend it highly enough.... and don’t leave without trying the mint tea!
My all time fave sheesha lounge in East London! And the owner is mega hospitable! The sheesha is always of great quality and even if I find it to strong/weak they rectify t straight away!
Basement is such a chilled yet pleasant environment! I defo recommend it to all! Above 18 only though :p
I have been coming here for years. 1 of my favourite shisha places. The 2 owners of this place are amazing people and down to earth, 1 of the main reasons me and my friends keep coming back along with thier great shisha flavours and food plus excellent customer service.
This lounge is miles above anything I've tried. From the Mocktails to the shisha and even the decor (seats are very comfortable, unlike most other places). Im quite fussy when it comes to shisha but the staff are very friendly and are willing to accommodate within reason. I've tried ALOT of shisha places around London but i always seem to find my way back to basement. Thanks for the years of great service guys.

The best shisha spot I’ve been in without a doubt. What’s there not to like? 🤷🏻♂️ Tv’s everywhere, cold beverages, if you want a quick snack they prepare it there on the spot..very convenient place with exotic mojitos and tea. I specifically like the ice shisha pipe, there ones are really smooth. Ten ten place! Customer service is on point 👌🏻
I have been going to Basement lounge for years now and they have always kept a very high level of service, friendly staff, amazing shisha, great range of hot/cold drinks and foods. One of the only shisha places I still go too because of the relaxed atmosphere they've created.
Absolutely Superb and far from the average 'Basement'! Not enough words to describe how amazing this shisha lounge is and the customer service is second to none. From thirst quenching fresh mint mojitos to mouth watering shisha flavours to suit everyones needs. I love how clean and well maintained everything is and they play some of the best tunes that will have you nostalgic for days. No other shisha lounge i have been to has lived up to the 'Lounge' title like Basement.
Quality shisha place, beatiful place to chill out a comfortable lounge, very spaced out and not cramped like other places. Drinks are top notch and thick flavored quality shishashisha, and great environment. You can't ask for more.

Decent place, I live too near so I try to avoid to not look bait lol. But in terms of Shisha its a very good place but is a little pricey and sometimes overcrowded
Very nice spot to relax and smoke shisha, music is always on point however they should redecorate and rearrange the first lounge as you can’t hear the music as much and the lighting is too bright.
As an avid shsisha smoker. This is my place of choice, as far as east London go's. Polite friendly knowledgeable staff, good choice of flavours, clean, well maintained, nice decor & atmosphere
