Beautiful, clean and welcoming atmosphere.
I had the "fish shop platter" it was a sizable portion, didn't think I would get through it. But it was so fresh, and cooked to perfection. I managed to finish it all. Staff are warm and friendly. Definitely deserve a 5 start rating.

Lovely landlord and landlady.nice atmosphere, great little pub for watching football.was a warm day, so had a few drinks outside. Definitely be back when newcastle is playing again.
What a fantastic pub. Never been before. Great live music and even Irish folk music on a Sunday. Will definitely be back.

I so love this pub! Owners and staff are brilliant! Friendly, welcoming, fantastic entertainment 4 nights of the week! Only downside is that kitchen is often closed (yes I’m the one who’s always asking for food 😂) but it doesn’t stop me visiting (too much sometimes) as I can take my own food now 😂😂 it’s so nice to have a pub to call my local! Your all doing a brilliant job keep up the great work!
This pub is no longer a dump! Well run, great Manager, who is friendly, treats his staff well and also doesn't allow anti social behaviour. The bar maid with red hair is also really lovely and does a great job in service and conversation with guests. Well decorated, clean and the best Juke box in the UK! I'm definitely coming again :)
