I have been to Al Qasr a few times, went there again last night and was not disappointed. The food is really good and always made fresh. The service is on point, very good and courteous staff. I would recommend this place to all.
Very good taste in each and every dish. Came first time one of the best restaurants having this taste. Full marks.

This place was recommended by a complete stranger who we met by the lifts at Royal Nawab restaurant. It was a hit! Al Qasr offers comfort food in the form of buffet; never disappoints though we have been here only twice. It could do with an improved service in terms of filling up the naan dishes quickly as we does run out quickly but that really is not a worry. They have a little bit of everything, Chinese, curries, BBQ. A bit underrated perhaps because of it's hidden location but a good experience overall.
Went there with friends, there were few people when we arrived but became quite after an hour. Nice environment and very delicious food. Starters were not very warm but rest of the food was. Good value for money buffet - £18 for adults and £9 for kids
Excellent dishes in Buffet, very friendly service, well and simple vibrant atmosphere in hall. Mostly recommended For families and friends.
My dulavai took me their to try the buffet because it’s their favourite place for buffet. I really like the food. They have plenty of dishes, starter and dessert as well. We really like this place.

This place is 1st choice! If your looking for a place to have a reception or any type of party these guys are amazing! Warm and welcoming and give the best service! Food is brilliant and you will not have anything to complain about! We had our double walima party here and these guys were amazing! The manager is excellent and held our function together perfectly and made it special for us. All the requirements we had they went above and beyond for us! We are so grateful to the team and would definitely recommend Al qasr! Thank you guys for everything you did for us we really appreciate it and will definitely be recommending to everyone! My neighbour's son had a celebration for his great exam results. The food was delicious with a Great variety of chicken, meats and vegetarian dishes. We had jelly for one of the desserts which I thoroughly enjoyed.
This is a very good experience. It has very delicious food. People who enjoy spicy food such as biriyani or curry and dhall sauce you should definitively come here. The location is very close to Ilford High Street and the service I experienced there is very good. The price is very affordable. We have as a group traveled here as a group of 5 from the Midlands and off the M25, we were starving to get a good restaurant, we randomly spotted it. I have also included the pictures of the food we received, which was a buffet.
We tried the iftar buffet for 18£ per person. The menu was decent, with good iftar as well as dinner items, food was fresh and hot. Could have added more desserts though. Overall 8/10. Would definitely visit again.
Ww went for a small wedding celebration (I say small, the entire restaurant was booked out for the event!), and I must say, very pleasantly surprised with the food. Everything was very fresh, tasty and well seasoned, not something i would say of most buffet restaurants!
The restaurant has a small prayer room inside, which is also very nice.
The only big downside is that there is very limited parking outside the restaurant and whilst you can park on the surrounding roads, residential permits limit the spots.
Still, I can understand why this restaurant has been here so long and wish them continued success in the future
I had this venue to hold a family party. I would like to say it is fantastic. Spacious, air conditioned, a wide variety of food so something for everyone. The waiters and management are great and very helpful. This is a good place with good food. Highly recommended.
Food is really tasty specially I love their Nihari, lamb cari and garlic naan . Salad bar is really good . Honestly so far 8-10 times I have visited , didn’t found anything wrong .Spacious parking place . Staffs are really friendly. Any kinds of party , this is really a perfect place . I’m a google guide and never put any reviews without proper tasting . So you guys can try at least once ( defo with your family) and give you feedback here so that other will try to taste the tasty foods and will have a very warm welcome by their staffs !
Al Qasr Restaurant offers a beautifully decorated main hall with comfortable seating, the waiting staff here are pleasant, helpful and service the tables with a smile.
When it comes to the food, we tried out the newly released Lebanese menu which wasn't something I was excited about. As a self proclaimed foodie, I have eaten plenty of Lebanese, it's one of those cuisines that will always satisfy and there is so much choice for it in London.
Saying that, Al Qasr provided Lebanese food at a standard that was second to none, their knowledge into the different cuts of meat and traditional preparation methods not only offers a very authentic Lebanese food experience, but also an extremely fresh one and I think its the freshness that got me here. Everything was incredibly fresh, so fresh that I was wondering why other dishes that I tried before tasted different to the standard offered at Al Qasr.

They've recently launched a new menu and have a Lebanese chef in the kitchen cooking up a storm. I went to Al-Qasr years ago and really wasn't impressed! Since then the management has changed and I can say that the food has improved massively! I only tried the Mediterranean dishes so cannot comment on the other food
Toad and I really enjoyed the starters. The halloumi was delicious with a lovely balsamic glazing and the crackers with the fiery sauce balanced the creaminess of the cheese well! The naan style garlic bread was devoured by the kiddos and went really well with their fresh hummus! We both really really enjoyed the batata harrara! Spicy with a lovely tang to them
For mains we had the Alqasr platter and sadly it wasnt as nice as I would have hoped. The wings were very succulent and tasty but both Toad and I did not enjoy the spicemix of the kebab and chops (I thought they had too much Turmeric). That said, we fed this back to the manager who was very receptive. In his own words, they've newly opened and were looking for feedback. everybody has a palate and he said some people had loved them, so it may well be my palate
Dessert was a lovely creamy Kunefe and baklava which we literally devoured! I have to say that service we received was excellent! My little ones wanted oranges for dessert (proud mama) so they brought out a plate of oranges covered in chocolate sauce. I was really touched and I always appreciate service that goes the extra mile, especially when the kids are in town
Whilst its not the best Lebanese Ive ever had, the ingredients are all fresh and its pretty decent for a local! I decided to do an aunty pose and hold the platter up! Clearly lost the plot!
Booked my brothers wedding party for 135 guests. Me and my family were really happy with the food and service that was given. All our guests were praising food and service would definitely recommend the venue to anyone.
Perfect Cooked Buffet
Chips, Smosa, Chicken Wings, Chicken Tikka, Chicken Kebab, Fish Pakora, Chicken Baryani, Tarka daal, Mix Vegetables Curry, Chicken Jalfrezi, Mutton Curry, Haleem and Naan. In Chinese food Chilli Chicken, Spaghetti, Egg Fried Rice were available. In sweet dishes, sweet rice, Kheer, Sawaiyaan and children favorite red gelly was there which my children liked alot. Separate salad bar available.
We visited with our cousins from Leeds, England. All dishes were well cooked and lazier, children under 10 half price, very happy with everything. Nice staff members. If you want well cooked food then visit Al-Qasr.
Al-Qasr meets health & safety standards, we saw a point on entrance for hand gel etc. Good gap in tables.
Really enjoyed our experience as a family! We were served by Ahmed the owner and had the new Lebanese grill food and finished with baklava and tea. We will be going again very soon :-)

Ordered a takeaway last night and it was bad boy!! Got a chicken curry and chicken biryani too. PLENTYYY of chicken in the curry and the biryani big portions my biryani container was full to the brim with biryani. Food was tasty better than most Indian/pakistani restaurants. It’s a must try!!
