A lovely little 'shabby chic' cafe in the heart of Ilchester A super catch up with friends today. The perfect cup of tea, sandwiches, delicious scones and cream, fabulous homemade cakes and the perfect hostess Claire x If you're passing through it's a must for breakfast, lunch or afternoon tea, well worth the stop! Thanks Claire and will certainly see you again soon xx

Popped in for tea and cake on a Saturday afternoon. We were made very welcome by Claire in her pretty little cafe. The chocolate cake was yummy and the cup of English tea was served in a pot with China cup and saucer, just how I like it!! Can't wait to go again and try something else.

Found this delightful cafe just round the corner from the A303. A much much better alternative to yet another service station! Claire is lovely and the toasted cheese sandwich delicious- a real find

The Chaplaincy Team at RNAS Yeovilton would like to thank you for a splendid Christmas breakfast feast. Delicious, and a lovely way to start the (nearly) last day of term and the run up to our Christmas services! Your baps were impressive, too

Popped into Claire’s this morning with my son while waiting to collect his car and had a superb cooked breakfast. The cafe was very busy but the service was first class. Look forward to the next car service. Thanks again

I was fortunate to come across this Cafe on my travels. Opened at 08.30. Very nice Vegetarian Breakfast, Tea and Coffee. The Cheese Scone was probably the best I can remember having. Super service, and the atmosphere enhanced by a couple of locals. I hope to pass that way again ! Free Council Car Park across the road. Amazing.

Well we've always wanted to have an excuse to stop and today we had one. (and glad we did) We headed in at which must of been her busiest time, she was busy multitasking but she still managed to get things done plus get our order in. The place was nicely set out and the décor gave it a homely feel, the lady who served us was I presume was Claire and apologized for not being able to chat as she was busy, she didn't need to as we enjoyed the food and service given. Reasonably priced and clean throughout and would of given it another half a star if I could .👍

Busy, busy!. Excellent menu options, especially for cooked breakfast fayre. Variety of ages and genda present when I visited. Dogs welcome. Not large, but efficient use of space. Member of staff seemed a little harried today, so perhaps short staffed: a request for a VAT receipt seemed a little too much trouble to happily undertake 🤨

Amazing food. Brilliant touches giving the children Easter activity books to do. Kids meals were great for the price. Lovely decor and great service. Would definitely recommend. Visited after the museum so it’s a great day out as a family!

Although we had to wait a little to be served. She was very friendly and very accommodating to my dietary needs. Served gluten free bread.
