We held a baby shower event at Home Bar Ickenham this July and we honestly could not have asked for a better venue and service. We hired the small terrace area towards the rear of the venue and it was ample space for hosting a cocktail style event for around 40 people. We were able to move the chairs and decorate the area to make the space suitable for our requirements. The staff, including the manager, George, were exceptional. George and his team were extremely attentive and took great care of us to ensure we could host a successful event which everyone enjoyed. Nothing was too much to ask. They helpfully rearranged the area to suit our requirement’s, they helped manage the budget I had for the event, they offered to help with the set up and they ensured everyone’s glass was full! We could bring our own decor and play our music. I would highly recommend this venue for events. Honestly I did not expect to have such fantastic local service. Thank you to all of the staff at Home Bar, you were all brilliant!
Very good food in a pleasant, classy pub/restaurant.
Excellent bruschetta, squid. Very good pizza. Pleasant service although the pizza came out quite a while after the other mains. We booked through TheFork app and got an absolute bargain on a Monday night.
It was an enjoyable experience.
Menu for food was very basic and hard to choose something what do you really like. Cocktails average 8/10 . We are lucky it was happy hour. 2for1. The service was friendly.
Atmosphere is incredible, food is even better. Every visit I’ve been welcomed by the most friendly members of staff, particularly Ami, Emilio and the manager Antonio. Theyve made sure every drink and every meal has been perfect. Also makes a lively night out with great music on a Friday and Saturday! Their cocktails are very unique and delicious too (and not full of ice like most bars!). My new favourite meals there are the steak, the lamb and the spicy wings (thank you Ami for recommending them!).
Shame I can only give 5 stars for the service - the food was great as usual, but what really made it was the team working there - had a really enjoyable Sunday lunch with friends who had travelled a fair way to join us! The kids absolutely loved the food and even our friends’ baby made a BFF with the waiter (maybe because he brought her some ice cream..!) Thanks for a lovely meal once again!
Wow! What a find, pretty much on our doorstep! Four of us tried three courses and not one bad plate-in fact, the calamari was possibly one of the best versions of the dish we’ve tried. On top of that, service was polite and attentive without bring obtrusive. Plus they had Camden Pale Ale on tap (rare!). Will be back to try your cocktails and wines!
Authentic food, beautiful atmosphere, and lovely staff. Trust me, you won't be disappointed.
Great ambience, food and parking. Portion sizes of the roast dinner were slightly on the smaller size

Also, there is a very special vibe to this place. Feels so good and friendly that you'll want to just stay more and more. Especially late evenings when the DJ is boosting the athmosphere with his great music selection.

Lovely modern but cosy pub just a 10 minute walk from West Ruislip tube station.
We had the lunch offer of 2 courses for £11.95, which also included a mini dessert for £3. We opted for desserts offered on the main menu rather than the desserts offered with the lunch menu. Two of us had the mushrooms on toast and the grilled prawns with toast for starters and then the fish cake and steak sandwich for mains. Although we chose from the lunch offer, portions are very generous.
The food was tasty, though the fish cake was a little soggy as it was placed on top of steamed spinach, it was still very good though. We finished off with the chocolate brownie and the hazelnut tart, both of which were delicious.
The service and wine were both good too. Cannot fault this place!
