Good 24 hour motorway services located at junction 11 on the M20 near Folkestone, all the usual facilities your expect, plenty of parking and good to see it has the easy to use Gridserve rapid EV chargers available.
My review is not of the actual place but the EV charging stations in the parking lot.
I came because the car needed a charge and Google directed me to this place.
There are 2 fast chargers but my car can take in 50Kw so had to wait for more than a hour.

Good hardstanding for parking. On the expensive side for overnighting compared to EU facilities. The interior food availability is poor. Unhelpful opening and closing times for the uninspiring catering facilities with little regard shown to evening and early morning clients. The toilets and washroom
As always super efficient front office, should let them deal with carnet, as with every where else Europe does!! The tier approach is crass!
Stopped to use the toilet. But stayed because it was so clean . The facilities were good quality and exceptionaly clean and tidy. I managed to have a word with the cleaner and he was very friendly and seemed surprised when I was raving how clean it was.

Close to ports and euro train. Lots of different fast food type of outlets plus a shop for newspapers and other items. Large car park and toilets. Just off of motorway but fidely to find at first.
Reasonably priced, lots of choices. Toilets were clean. Shop and outlets include WHSmith, Subway, The Reel Fish and Chip Company, Pitstop, West Cornwall Food Co. We had a £3.25 bacon roll and hot drink deal at the West Cornwall Food Co which was a good price and very nice
Very well organised change over for coaches. Toilets clean, coffee reasonable.
This was our Leger Holidays hub, where we were allocated our tour coach to travel to Germany.
It served its requirements, with the usual facilities available, clean and tidy throughout, and plenty of seating.
There is a variety of food and drink available. We had KFC.
Everything the travellers need inside. Always clean, only comment would be they need more seats when dealing with multiple coaches transferring passengers as there are insufficient in large quantities. Stackable chairs could be the answer then when not needed pack away and have more space as require

But my god, probably the best chicken kebab I've ever tasted.
Stopped into this Service Station enroute to Dover to pick up my new Kitten. The car park is massive and free for two hours. The toilets are large and spotlessly clean. We had breakfast at the West Cornwall food company, a bacon roll and hot drink at £3.75.. it was lovely and excellent value. Other
Quiet clean friendly - just right for a quick stop. Had some Chinese food for lunch. It was delicious. This was a pre-test for our trip to Le Mans 👍
