WOW! What a fabulous find!! The food was incredible, I had duck & my partner had seafood linguine. There was a great atmosphere & very pleasant hostess. We will definitely return. My friend has had Sunday lunch here & says it’s great tho you have to book to get in!
Had a Christmas meal here on 4th Dec, was fantastic from the starters to the desert, there were 10 of us with different meals, and was all beautifully cooked, cannot rate this place highly enough, the service was second to none and compliments to the chef.
Generally well-prepared food, the menu is mixture of different cuisines, British/Italian/Asian, service is very friendly.
Had a superb meal here today. Lovely surroundings. The staff were so lovely and so obliging. I had a food request of which they were only too pleased to make sure I got what I wanted. An absolutely diamond place. We are booked again for next week. Thank you
We took my parents out for a meal this evening. Booking was easy and we had a lovely warm welcome. The food was simply amazing!!! The staff were really attentive. We had the creamed mushrooms and the salmon and prawn cocktail for starters and the barbary duck and cajun chicken sizzler for mains. Aga
Good starters and absolutely gorgeous minted lamb steaks. All very fresh and locally sourced. Dessert we chose was rather disappointing and coffee was mediocre, however an overall good dining experience.
Ate here with 3 other vegans. We all had a lobely lunch- good variety for vegans and gluten free. The owner was really welcoming and clearly understood our dietary needs. Definitely going to go back
The first thing to mention was the warm welcome from Mandy when we arrived. The restaurant is fresh and clean with a good atmosphere. We enjoyed some great food on New Years Eve, the portions were generous & we even booked again for Sunday lunch! A great experience!
I loved the choice on the menu here. Opted for the special mango and chilli prawns to start, utterly devine. Then onto the creamy seafood linguine which again was a delight, plenty of prawns, mussels and clams. The puddings were again a great selection and after stuffing myself with the two other c
Really good chef here and friendly service. Food is pretty similar to what you'd get in a gastro pub, and a similar wine list. Lots of choice of cheap wines, but not much part about 25 wood a bottle. Good veggie and vegan options.
