Always nice in this branch. The staff work hard to give great service and keep the place clean.
Usual Costa products and seating. Looks bigger on the inside than it does on the outside. Step access from street but there is a ramp available for wheelchair. Opens on Sundays when other cafés in Hythe are closed. Good toilet for disabled.
Love it here, wouldn't go anywhere else local for a flat white or festive latte

Staff were friendly and service was quick even though it was busy. It’s also dog friendly and there was a lovely Bernese dog in there today.

Decent facilities and is extremely popular. Occupies two retail spaces, which isn't obvious from the outside, so normally there's enough room.

Drinks prepared in good time. You know what standard to expect. However, a lot of empty tables had cups, plates left on them.
Staff are always super friendly and make a mean cup of coffee. Pretty sure this is one of the best Costas I've been to based on the staff.
