A much more comfortable shop than ours in Saltash, where it is bitterly cold sometimes. The toilets are smarter and the café too. Why is our shop so neglected?
The staff are always friendly and helpful in all Waitrose stores in our experience.
I was in your store in hythe I forgot the recipe card I was sent out by the wife with , I was supposed to buy Italian spelt I had no idea what it was but two of your staff helped me find it it took a good 10 mins to hunt it down but finally found it . I just want you to pass on my thanks to the staff at your hythe store . Polite helpful and pleasant not qualities all people have . Especially trying to help a man with no list lol

Waitrose is really a superb supermarket and they have an excellent range of items. I am spoilt for choices but I particularly like the bakery section. The staff are polite and helpful. The meat selection is fantastic and there is a great delicatessen section.
There is a good choice of wines and other drinks. There is a cafeteria which serves a lovely selection of sandwiches, cakes, hot food and hot and cold drinks.
The store has been changed around and there is so much to see. The floral bouquets are beautiful. There is also a selection of garden bedding plants and gardening tools.
There are toilet facilities which are now located at the end of the manned serving tills.
I am not too keen in using the self serving tills but was assisted by a charming member of staff who assisted me through the process and gave me the confidence to do it on my own. I love shopping here.
Nothing is too much trouble for staff to handle at Waitrose, Hythe. The courtesy shown by staff has been exemplary always, especially during the Covid-19 crisis. Special word also for their young employees. Top grade from all walks of life. Only problem I fear is their serious cutback on cashiers with more reliance on self service machines.

Very good branch of this popular national chain. Ample car parking, slightly restricted entry and exit, and gets full at peak times, but most times you can find a space. Newly revamped and enlarged coffee shop at fair prices, although very restricted range,.the usual waitrose high quality range of goods are available.
Such friendly staff. Sold out of cucumbers just before closing, but they all went on the hunt for some just so we didn't go without. Could have easily just said sorry we have none as it was the end of the day. The husband had a similar experience another day when looking for a sandwich they came and found him later in the shop with the sandwich he was looking for
I really enjoy my weekly shop at Waitrose...at the moment the only day a week I go out..and the shelves always stocked...neat and tidy...and such nice polite and helpful staff.
Very pleasant experience . Young woman on the till who let me through with my basket despite it having 11 items in ( they weren't busy at the time!). Staff in the aisles who were restocking were very apologetic for being in the way . Good range of products from high end organic , free range , items to relatively cheap highly nutritious food like tinned sardines and mackerel . Definitely shop there again on my next visit to Hythe 🙂👍.
