A much more comfortable shop than ours in Saltash, where it is bitterly cold sometimes. The toilets are smarter and the café too. Why is our shop so neglected?

I was in your store in hythe I forgot the recipe card I was sent out by the wife with , I was supposed to buy Italian spelt I had no idea what it was but two of your staff helped me find it it took a good 10 mins to hunt it down but finally found it . I just want you to pass on my thanks to the staf

Waitrose is really a superb supermarket and they have an excellent range of items. I am spoilt for choices but I particularly like the bakery section. The staff are polite and helpful. The meat selection is fantastic and there is a great delicatessen section.
