Don't understand the negative reviews, my two piece meal with chips and gravy was a good standard, crispy skin, chips were not greasy and gravy good consistency. Very satisfying and enjoyable. Clean washroom and staff were friendly too, would hope my next KFC is a good.
Best hot wings we've had in ages, all food was fresh and hot and tbh, all of us thought it was the best KFC we have had..... We live near Ashtons KFC and that is ridiculously s@#t, Hyde is our new go to.

Problem with ordering using the touchscreen but lady at counter was very helpful. Tables could do with a wipe between Customers, food was nice and hot though.
Food was alright, but didn't taste the freshest we've had from a KFC. The service was quick, although no table service despite collecting a table identifier.
Staff were friendly and efficient. It had average standard of cleanliness, ie. There was a table left with food packaging for a while, but in all fairness, the staff member taking food to tables was emptying the bin.

Disappointed there does not seem to be any KFC specific parking and it is all.part of the pay and display carpark. If you chose to eat your takeaway in the car, you should really buy a ticket.

Food was OK a bit dry on the chicken didn't receive napkins or wipes
Drive through staff member was very polite. Happy in his job . Bubbly persona. Great guy. Had a conversation and laughed whilst waiting for order. Thurs 29th Nov 2022 around 13.15. Give this guy the praise he deserves.
