This was the first time, for a long time that I have been to Hyde. I decided to go to the market to try and get my bearings and generally have a look round and I must admit I was pleasantly surprised. I visited today with a close friend to get our watches resized as they was big on us, they fit us better and the service we got from the watch supplier. Very good to see the market still there, haven't been in a few months.

Nice, clean and centrally located. Essential Human needs can easliy be accessed and for fair prices.
Very very quiet and not enough shops and very huge space for empty for new business area, just few miles away from the Manchester city centre. I didn't went back from few years ago (since the) 2009 to 2019, after the lockdown event has started [late March 2020] and losing the business and money too.

Hyde is not the same as it use to be. It was very quiet and not too many people about. But still al good place to walk around. The outside market was on and had a few stalls open. Update: worse than ever, hardly anyone about...no change. Still the same ghost town...
