Update Oct 23,venue has had the McD revamp and looks up to date. Seating indoors and out. Access for pushchairs and wheelchair.
6 touch screens, on this visit 1 was not working, 3 ipdas in the kids section all working on this visit.
Everything else is what you expect to see at McD.
Tables were very clean staff were cleaning them after customers had left.
All staff were pleasant and polite during the visit which seemed very busy for a Sunday afternoon.
It was very busy for deliveries and this did seem to be the main priority for the staff here as a simple Big Mac n fries took about 15mins
Drive thru available, there are 2 disabled spaces just outside. Plenty of additional car parking spaces
Give this review a thumbs up if you think it is helpful.
Pleasant experience, clean restaurant, quick service, it is always a pleasure to visit this location. It's always busy but the staff cope very well.
Good service at counter, friendly staff, only issue is parking being a blue badge holder I get fed up with people who park in disabled bays, needs sorting properly, otherwise ok
Stopped off for breakfast taking son to LIPA, Liverpool, from Barnsley. Car parking a bit awkward, as it was very busy, but not inside the restaurant (around 9am)
Food was great, flat white very good (they seem to vary a fair bit) though mine was a shorter measure than the other purchased, probably just a machine thing.
Toilets were excellent, clean, large, nothing out of place. Staff were great. Definitely the go to stop on other visits to see laddo.
Always used this when coming back from the airport after a holiday. This time, the chips were great, crispy, hot, soft in the middle, seasoned nice. The best I've had. But McDonalds can change from one hour to another. It is what it is, innit?!
Food was nice, toilets were clean and we didn't have to wait very long for our food. Car park can get busy very quickly.

Best hamburgers I've had from a maccies in at least 10yrs, no idea about the rest of the menu & I don't care. The bun was soft & not squished beyond recognition (looking at you Congleton), just the right amount of relish & the patties were perfection (hang your heads in shame Hanley, Macclesfield & festival park for those dry rubbery abominations).
Very conveniently located McDonalds. Use it a lot on my commute to Manchester, either before I get on the motorway or on the way home. Never had a problem with service or food.
Food good as always but the parking situation is an absolute nightmare. Surely some sort of agreement could have been made with Mottram Wood and Travelodge to allow a small part of the car park to be used for McDonald's customers. Even a pay and display system. I often used to take my mum up to McDonald's for a cup of tea and we used to park in the Mottram Wood car park and have a chat watching the world go by, but we can't do that now and not everyone wants to go and sit inside McDonald's as it can be noisy when it's busy. I fully understand that some people abused the car park with litter etc, but surely the cameras that have been installed could be used to fine the offenders and not penalise people who genuinely appreciated being able to park there.
Great service, didn't wait long from ordering to collection. Food was hot and enjoyable
Perfectly seasoned burgers served up two nights on the trot, prepared by Louise, absolute belter. I wish everyone could taste how good these burgers were.
Absolutely beautiful! Great start to the morning this McDonald’s did me right! Thanks to the team at Hattersley. Keep up the amazing work.
We only used the drive-thru, but there was no queue at the time we arrived. The staff were polite and efficient with processing the order. The order was correctly put together. The car park can be a little tight in busy periods but is generally clean.
