Always a lovely visit here, staff are very friendly and helpful. My daughter has autism and doesn't like music. Staff have always turned it off when she comes in.

Excellent! Ordered £13 worth of goods and card declined so very kind staff member said as and I’m in there to pay next time.
I arrived at 4:20pm on Sunday to which the staff told me that the store was shut, even though the door was still open, lights still on and the website stating clear as day that the store closes at 4:30pm. Clearly the staff do not care about the service they provide. Not to mention that their manner was disgusting and overall not friendly to encounter. I suggest they go on a customer service course to have any hopes of increasing their revenue. Best Wishes.
Edit 1: I decided to re-visit the store today and given the kind customer service provided by some i've upped the rating by three stars. I don't think it's fair that one bad egg can spoil the good work everyone else does.
Great coffee - not the cheapest coffee shop, but you DO get a great cup of coffee, relaxed atmosphere and free WiFi for the price! Had my first Gluten Free Mince Pie of the year as well 😉!

Great little shop. Social distancing and safety measures in place, with helpful staff. Free parking there too at present.
