We visited on a Sunday afternoon and it was lovely and quiet but good atmosphere with the music. The restaurant has beautiful decor and is very clean. Josh was an amazing server, and the food was phenomenal. We had the duck pancakes, pineapple fried rice and prawn Crackers. They were all delicious! We'll definitely be back again!
This is my second experience and it was great. The set menu deal is very good and great value for money. I definitely recommend the Thai coconut curry and gyoza. I also think the vegetable spring rolls are delicious. I'm very happy with the service and atmosphere. Highly recommend.
This was our first time at Chi, it was ok the staff were very attentive and service was prompt and polite. The food was ok but for a fusion of Japanese and Korean food the food was a bit confusing. Some food was very spicy which was not really needed. Some of the food was not as described on the menu. Quite a lot of it was odd interpretation of what the food should be like. Most of it was fairly good but the confusion dishes were not that enjoyable.
We had another brilliant meal here. Well served by Jack who was attentive and entertaining in equal measure (thank you, Jack!). The food was, as always, amazing and thank you to all the staff who sang happy birthday to one of our party.
can’t believe we hadn’t eaten here before! this was our first time out since having a baby and chi really made it such a special night. the service was outstanding- the manager was super helpful and ella, who served us, was very polite and made us feel comfortable. they made sure food was out quickly and of high standard, as well as being tasty. i love the whole atmosphere and aesthetic in the restaurant. definitely won’t be our only visit!
A lovely evening out. Unfortunately our spring rolls arrived as thought they had recently been rescued from the titanic. but our waiter jack (not the one last seen floating on a door in the film) promptly rectified this and a fresh plate of spring rolls was delivered to our table accompanied with good chat and a great attitude.
We are new to the area. And fancied pan Asian food. Walked in. The staff were very polite and very friendly. They were really lovely to our kids. Food came out very prompt and tasted amazing. Honestly, even the kids loved it. The cocktails were lovely too. The lychee mojito (love it)
Will definately go again.

Great food and atmosphere. Came for my birthday dinner and was met with excellent service from Josh! He made me a beautiful cocktail and brought out complementary dessert. Always love coming here!
We really enjoyed our family meal here, even with two little ones. It was nice that they saw my little girls interest in origami and brought over more paper. The food was so good, the waiters were attentive and approachable. We ordered a few different things to share and swap and I was really pleased that our little ones tried a lot of it. I would definitely go back.
Me and my friend came here for a platonic date and we've had the best time. The atmosphere is lovely...brilliant decor. Waitress...phenomenal, Naomi was so smiley and kind. Really took the time to make sure we were happy with out service and food. I'd recommend to everyone!
Sunday evening table for 8 of us. Very quiet so service should have been a bit more attentive. The food was delicious and the staff had very kindly put up a banner and some balloons for our birthday celebrations, as well as a card offering a free dessert for the birthday girl. Overall very good and will be returning.
Food was really good, served promptly. Jack our waiter was caring and very helpful especially since my little had milk allergies.
Definitely will be back.
Amazing service with lovely people and the food tastes just as good as it looks! Everything was freshly prepared and brought over to our table straight away. The Asian Savoury Doughnuts were a personal favourite of mine, a perfect blend of sweet & savoury in one bite. Dumplings were nice and crispy on the outside and flavourful inside.
The interior decoration was beautiful and welcoming. I had a lovely chat with a gentlemen that worked there about expanding the restaurant into London. Overall, it was a lovely evening. A place that’s added to my favourites! Definitely will be visiting again.
Jack was a fantastic server, paying attention to everyone he saw too. A massive credit to the business. Food was amazing for flavour and even busy, it came out pipping hot and quickly.
Me and my partner went for a meal at Chi, it was such a lovely atmosphere with extremely attentive service. My partner had ordered a chicken sweet and sour, where we were informed that they had run out of the usual sauce. One of the chefs, Ray, came to explain the situation and then went out of his way and quickly found a resolution. He made up his own sauce, which we were even allowed to try before the actual dish was made. We were both amazed at the efforts and service here. The sauce Ray created was probably the best either of us had ever had. Our overall experience was incredible, I would recommend to anyone!
We had an amazing meal, last week.
They went the extra mile to make this amazing alcohol free Lychee Mojito! 🤤 and the cheesecake was just the perfect ending for the meal!

Visited late lunchtime on a Thursday, it was very quiet. Our waitress was Rosie and the chef was Ray. The food was amazing, it wasn't quite what we expected from the description on the menu but tasted fabulous. We had salt & pepper squid, mushroom ho-fan, Korean fried chicken & waffle and mochi. Service could have been better and do pay attention as they put a service charge automatically on the bill. Not the cheapest place to eat but really nice for a change and I will go back.
