Food fine, order correct and all hot. No salt on fries and some items unavailable.
However this place is absolute bedlam for the drive through & parking because of the crazy car park lay out. Ordered on the app, but from the back of the queue, it was at least 10 minutes to get to the speaker box.
You can't just park in the click and collect to make it easier, because to get to them, you have to join the traffic for the drive through (or go against the one way arrow) and if you park up to walk in you then have to wait to get back out as the drive through queue is in front of the parking spaces.
One of the worst mcds to access. They have tried to make the drive through better. It still is a massive delay in ordering. Car park is cosy. Restaurant is small and busy. Staff are helpful. Food is typical.
Can be pretty busy at peak times (especially drive thru). Staff seem to manage this well. Never had any issues with quality of food or drink. Some nights of the week it is like Need For Speed Underground in the carpark. But I can't imagine there is much the branch can do about that. I was impressed to se McDonald's litter pickers out and about in the local area recently.
Consistently good service, always stop at this Maccies in between places and it never fails to provide what I need. Quick and efficent and have had fresh, hot fries the last four times I have been.
Good service, food is usually correct and quality is good. Restaurant is neat and clean.
Chips are always COLD, they all seem to think its ok to serve nearly cold chips, so I spefically either request fresh or say no salt and bring my own salt cruet, that is only way of getting hot chips.
Quality of salad seems to have nose dived also, not so fresh, some stalks quite woody !! Not impressed this time round, sorry !! Hygiene of servers playing with hair,rubbing body parts then serving, folding hands under opposite arms then serving. No gloves when prep foods, 9 servers 7 of which larking about at Cambridge services A14.

Only used the drive through and considering it was fairly quiet it took a while to get food from ordering to receiving. Didn't have a huge order either. Can't complain about thr food though.
The only reason I haven’t given it five stars is because, although I don’t visit McDonald’s very much at all, on the few times I have, my order has often been slightly wrong.
As much as I have been critical of this venue, today I have little to fault them on.

A nice and cold McFlurry on a hot summers day. Minimal Drive through times.
Always busy and gets too busy to drive through at lunchtime.. never had a bad one here
