Three Horseshoes is set in a historic area. Has large garden and seating outside has well as room inside. Close to the National Trust Houghton Mill with plenty of walks by the river. Pretty village with lots of old houses to see. Only had drinks but the menu looked good.
We stopped in for dinner while staying at the local campsite. We had a small issue with a burger but it was fixed promptly without trouble and a sincere apology :) also hats off to the chef for a fantastic homemade crumble. Great service from all on shift.
Great pub near the entrance of Broughton Mill which worth the visit. It's bike friendly and also has an inn.
Had a meal with parents, food good, beer OK, prices reasonable, friendly bar maid. Just don't call pensioners 'guys' 75 year old women don't like being referred to as guys.... Apparently! Will call again.
Lovely village pub. Nice welcoming staff.
Only fault I have is, as a tall person. The tables out front are very low down. I have only sat on those benches. I do not whether this pub has a garden out back.
Came to see the mill and go for a walk and decided to have lunch here. Wasn’t sure looking at the place, but the reviews were good so decided to try. Food was excellent with good sized portions and reasonably priced. Kids shared a burger and chips and spent ages playing with the games provided! Best
Great little pub, excellent selection of beers and food.
This pub has always served a marvellous pint of JHB, one of my favourite pints of beer.
They also serve good food to.
But it's all about the beer.
Only popped in for a cappuccino with couple of friends after a dog walk from stives along the great river ouse which I can highly recommend 👌 nice flat well maintained path 👍 or for the more adventurous 💪👍🤪🤪 you can traverse Houghton hill which has a spectacular view (and a very friendly donkey who
Nice old pub room to sit outside .live music Great staff.
Lovely little pub! Stopped for lunch with the wife and daughter and the service was very quick and done with a smile. I had the ploughman's which if I'm honest, I would have liked a bit for what I paid but it tasted lovely. My wife had a sausage baguette which she said tasted really good and my daug
Absolutely fantastic place to enjoy a Saturday after a long walk. Service was superb, food, drinks and atmosphere were amazing. Live fire to sit by
Lovely pub. Would like to have tried food.
Stopped by this afternoon with our dog for a pub meal and drinks. Lovely atmosphere, great selection of beers (can't go wrong with a Doombar shandy), food was good and the barmaid really friendly. Definitely will return again when visiting the area.
Food was very fresh, perfectly cooked and really, really tasty! Couldn't fault a thing.
Came to Cambridge for the first time and tried this pub as it was very close to the campsite we were staying at. Sadly we only tried it on our last day so we can't come back in a day or two!
We stayed here after a long and stressfull way from London with our Campingcar. But unfortuntally Meadows Campsite was closed and we were very tired. Many, many thanks to the owner of the pub who allowed us to stay here overnight on the car park. And we also had a lot of fun in the pub. We will com
