I use this Costa quite a bit to be honest as I do like a good cuppa and a chocolate twist. It does get busy here especially on a Saturday. This is probably down to the staff being friendly, helpful and quick to complete your order. The seating area and toilets are clean and presentable. ππβ

really nice staff and delicious food/drinks. the aircon is always on really high, so it can be freezing inside sometimes which is a bit offputting. don't sit near the back, you'll freeze! usually clean and tidy, lots of places to sit just avoid during the lunch rush.
Great coffee and great cake. Perfect spot on a hot day with their aircon keeping the place a nice steady cool temperature.

Very warm, friendly, efficient and professional manager and who runs a very clean and tidy Costa Coffee Shop and her staff do likewise
Usual Costa fayre. Quite a large place, lighting could be better, and toilets could be cleaner.
Really helpful staff. Food was nice. We were able to sit outside to enjoy our drink

I'm so glad to live within walking distance of this coffe outlet it is a welcome break for any visiting shopper also.

Excellent well made coffee, I have a fussy order and it was made perfectly and exactly as i asked! Lovely polite friendly staff! Nice clean spacious store aswell!
Pleasant visit, though the distanced seating arrangements could do with a bit of improvement - if tables that aren't to be used are left in place, perhaps a simple red tablecloth on them would help make it clear so when ordering it's easier to judge whether there's seating available?
