Nice pub I've only just discovered in huntingdon. The largest selection of beers and ales I've seen outside of spoons and very reasonable prices. They also have screens for sport. Can't ask for much more really.

I love this pub. When I went in there this evening, they had broadside at £2 and pot belly best at £2.20. nine real ales on in total and friendly staff. A nice fire you could sit near to keep warm too. I live in Peterborough and go to Huntingdon especially for this pub. Also dog friendly.

Salt O' the Earth pub, with an engaging client base who made me feel right at home, before dissapearing into the EPIC pub garden (For a town centre) out back for a read of the book.

Real pub, real food and real ale - always has an excellent range of beers - genuine interior and people inside - has some historical link to Cromwell - has my vote for best pub

One of the oldest pubs in huntingdon recently and tastefully restored. Excellent selection of real ales. All extremely well kept. Bar staff polite informative and service is quick. Visited on a Friday night and the ambience was very friendly and welcoming. Defiantly worth a trip for any beer lover

Great place to go for a drink and even stay the whole evening. Crowd is good and there is plenty of space for large groups as well as small. Outside area is huge so I would expect a vibrant summer time here. Staff are all very friendly and would reccomend the manager Nathaniel as a stand out person; competent, a natural leader, and can pour a decent pint. Only drawback is that it can be busy because of the popularity. An easy 5/5 for me.

A pub with a lot of character. Nice selection of beers / ales / ciders. A great well maintained beer garden. An eclectic mix of customers but pretty welcoming to all. Pretty toilets that could would some renovation and more regular cleaning.

Choice of beers massively improved recently. Broadside, Potbelly Crazy Daze and beers from the excellent Purple Moose Brewery all available at sensible prices. Keep it up. 1 neg point please change the 1974 lamp shades over the bar.

It continues to offer a wide ramge of real ales at decent prices, but has become a bit more rowdy since they started serving lager. Wonderful, historic old pub, nicely restored and cheap and cheerful food.

Quality local pub and a nice break from the lively spoons just down the road. The drinks are just as well priced as spoons, but there's more drinks on offer, you can actually get a seat, and better still you can hear eachother speak!
