We just had the best fish and chips we have had in years. The portions were huge, staff were fantastic and the place was spotless!! Well done Fishers. We will definitely recommend them to friends and we will be back.

Delicious seniors fish and chips with cup of tea and bread and butter included. Went with 5 friends and we all enjoyed our meals. Good service although very busy. Definitely would eat there again if in Hunstanton. Reasonably priced and large portions

We happened upon it by accident on seniors day on a Monday. Very good value and great service and the meal was brill. To add icing on the cake we both thought we knew the waiter. The penny dropped and we had worked with Pedro in the past, had a quick catch up and came away smiling. What more could one ask!

Definitely one of the best fish and chips in East Anglia. Large cod and minted mushy peas are must. Good selection of drinks. Great pudding options. Sometimes it is busy, be patient it's worth it. Friendly staff and excellent service. We've got free drinks because of delays. Cheers guys, much appreciated.
Date of Visit: 05/02/2024 - The Waitress was pretty much on her own tonight apart from a kitchen staff member delivering food to the tables (due to staff shortages) but they both did an excellent job. The food here is always of a good standard with the chips tasting great and the jumbo sausage always being very moreish. They were also extremely generous with the curry sauce portion(s) but perhaps overly so (see photos) My only minor critisism is ‘minted’ mushy peas as standard ?? I personally think this should be a ‘secondary’ option to ‘original’ mushy peas as not everybody likes mint or scented produce - Thank you for your service and my wife and I shall definitely return in the future :)

The BEST fish and chips I have ever had. Seriously. The staff were quick, friendly and accommodating. We were seated relatively quickly despite how busy it was, staff didn’t hesitate to clean tables as soon as possible for us to be seated. I had the seafood basket which consisted of calamari, scampi, breaded prawns, cod bites and some sort of battered shellfish. Everything was delicious, especially the cod and scampi. When we asked for sauce we got given so many pots for our entire table (an assortment of tartare, mayo, ketchup) - they really dont mess around here! They forgot our gherkin but when we asked they apologised and brought it out immediately with no fuss or wait. The curry sauce was the best curry sauce I have ever had at a chip shop or kebab shop ever - it was thick and absolutely delicious. Although i’m not a fan of mushy peas personally, the ones they serve here are minted and were received very well on our table. The portion sizes here are incredible and the price is so cheap compared to the quality and amount of food you get here. My seafood basket was £15 which is a total bargain! I haven’t been this satisfied with a restaurant in a while, but I can confidently say this is very deserving of 5 stars. We live quite far away from here but we will definitely go out of our way to come back again.
The restaurant is kid friendly - the chicken nuggets were divine and the kids ate with no complaint and were silent the entire meal, which is very rare for us! The kids meal comes with a free drink, and they offer high chairs for younger children. There is a takeaway service next door.
First time trying Fish and Chips and I’m blown away.The chips are so nice and crispy.The star of the show for me was the curry,it had the right amount of sweetness and the right amount of masala.Its reminded me of Japanese curry hence it’s a 10/10 for me.The battered cod was so well cooked and it just melted in my mouth was just a bit greasy but expected since it’s deep fried.Additionally the restaurant had plenty of seatings available and the staffs working were impeccable!I just wished they let us tip the staff via card payment instead of only accepting cash.

I had plaice to take away. Fish was very nicely fried and not greasy. One of the few places with chips that I've experienced with chips that are golden brown and well cooked.
Decent fish & chips. The Haddock is 100% worth the extra money over the cod. Chips were good and staff were friendly. Service was quick enough considering the massive queue that was lined up down the road! Solid choice for fish & chips in the area I think.
As a family, we have visited this place several times before and the staff are amazing. On this occasion I booked a table for a large party over the phone and the gentleman was very helpful. The occasion came and the table was ready when we arrived and the staff were already informed of the birthday so they took the cake away to hide until it was needed. Our order was taken promptly, and everything was prepared and brought to us very quickly. We had 4 children within the party and they were made to feel special too by all the staff. After the delicious meal, out came the cake with singing staff members and lit candles (another restaurant we had recently visited did not allow lit candles). The birthday boy was suitably embarrassed but also very happy.
The whole experience was perfect. The premises were very clean, tidy and well stocked, staff were well presented, and the food was amazing with perfect sized portions. ...we will be back!
Visited on Sunday. Lots of things not on the menu as they had sold out. Friendly staff. Nice chips. Nice sausages. Amazing curry sauce!

Ive beem living in Australia for 15 years and I've just come back to visit mum for her 79th Birthday.

I had a large cod and chips with mushy peas with a side of curry sauce, it is one of the best fish and chips I’ve had. My picture doesn’t do the size justice it was huge the batter is very light and my whole dish was not greasy. The staff are great I feel bad I didn’t catch their names, nothing is too much trouble and you are made to feel very welcome, I was even offered a take out box before I had chance to ask, the waiter saw my face and just knew. I cannot recommend this place enough!!
Food was delicious, a proper traditional fish and chip shop. Lovely restaurant to eat in, we shall be back again. Really pleased i had the mushy peas as an extra, they were great.

First visit. Excellent Seniors fish, chips, peas, bread&butter, tea. Grest value too. Owner very pleasant. He has a new lady serving this day and naturally she was a bit slow bless her. Very popular and we had to wait for 10 minutes to get a seat. But worth it. Recommended. Parking nearby can be tricky note.
We love the restaurant we travel from long Sutton to Hunstanton to come here food is always amazing atmosphere is amazing giving a 3 star because we've come down this evening to the takeaway part with our daughter & they are closed 20mins before the time of 8pm we checked the website it states 7pm restaurant closes 8pm takeaway closes absolutely gutted. Xx
