I had plaice to take away. Fish was very nicely fried and not greasy. One of the few places with chips that I've experienced with chips that are golden brown and well cooked.
Decent fish & chips. The Haddock is 100% worth the extra money over the cod. Chips were good and staff were friendly. Service was quick enough considering the massive queue that was lined up down the road! Solid choice for fish & chips in the area I think.
As a family, we have visited this place several times before and the staff are amazing. On this occasion I booked a table for a large party over the phone and the gentleman was very helpful. Visited on Sunday. Lots of things not on the menu as they had sold out. Friendly staff. Nice chips. Nice sausages. Amazing curry sauce!
