Although the rooms were small and quirky,it us a very old pub, they were clean,
It's a very traditional pub,not rowdy or sweary. The landlords and staff were friendly and not overpowering.
The food was great,you won't go away hungry.
The village is well catered for and pretty
Had planned a meal out, but we ordered a takeaway as our dog was spooked by a thunderstorm.
Food was ready in 15 mins, which was amazing, and it was extremely good value for money. Portions are huge! The steak & ale pie is homemade and a stand out dish.

Cosy pub great landlord and friendly staff. Called in whilst visiting family and ended up ordering the carvery which was great value for money and cooked to perfection great choice of meats available and plentiful. Drinks weren't overpriced like some pubs. Will definitely be coming back soon!!

Great food and fab prices,no atmosphere mind as it was deathly quiet in the dining room as the other guests were considerably older than me,did feel that we were left as after the other 2 couples left no one came in to clear our plates or to offer desserts(mind you did find out that there were none
Cracking pub, great food and beer, friendly staff, Sunday dinner is brilliant. We live in West Yorkshire and have a van in brid. We always call in here when we're over.😁🍻

Four of us stopped for lunch today. The menu had plenty of choice, but, being Friday, we all chose fish, chips and mushy peas. The portions were just right and a generous serving of fish was excellently cooked. Even better, for a Yorkshire man, was the.price of £9.95, absolutely bril
This is lovely place made to feel really welcome great atmosphere andy and all staff and regular customers were really freindly we had lovely meal everthing reasonably priced andy even let use stay in there carpark with our motorhome thankyou to all from paul and wendy and we will be back
Rooms were very well kept and comfortable. Didn't spend too much time in the pub, but the breakfast was spot on. Excellent service.

A lovely pub with incredible food. Price and portions were amazing and also beer prices were great too (2 pints and a soft drink coming in at £9). Hope to be back again some time in the future
Stopped for a Sunday Lunch and it was one of the best I'd had for ages and only £8,95.
Pleasant staff too, so we would go again if in area.
lovely pub with rooms opposite the church in Hunmanby. Copper Dragon and Black Sheep ales along with 5he usual suspects. Didnt eat but the food looked and smelled lovely
Pleasant pub with fish and chips to die for. Ample parking with a beer garden and benches to the front with a delightful view. Quintessential England.
