Delicious food and great service. Best meal I've had in a long time. We come to the Scillies every year and have eaten here a few times and it's always good, but this time the food was particularly exceptional. The seafood tapas sharing board was incredible. Cocktails were amazing as well. Fantastic array of gluten free options. Will definitely come back again.
Nice restaurant, very popular in summer, so you need to book in advance. Service was good, very friendly and attentive but we came early. It was a bit strange that they had a lot of staff working and still they had a robot, but it was a bit of fun. We had the fish of the day which was very nice but undercooked, which was sent back and not really much had changed, so I think it was the fish rather than the cooking. All the other dishes we had were very nice. Would visit again.

Did really enjoy our meal here. Had the Tarbut and fish of the day. Overall the food was very good without I found the spring onions I had were extremely difficult to cut and very chewy. Desert was excellent which was a lemon tart which I asked to be gluten free. My partner has a black forest Martini which she absolutely loved. It was very busy but the service was quick. A couple of things with one being a robot they use to carry plates of food before being served by the waiter. This tends to happen with large tables but was a bit weird. Secondly it felt like it doesn't know if it's fine dining or something like Frankie and Bennies with the type of service and vibe. Overall a nice experience and the price range was what to expect.
Wonderful dinner here last week. Best of the restaurants we went to in the Scillys. We had seafood, my dinner was cook your own. Great fun and a lovely bottle of Pinot Noir too. Attentive friendly service with a view of the harbour thrown in for free.
WOW. We had a simply superb evening meal here. The food was cooked to perfection and the portion sizes were just right. A brilliant atmosphere really relaxing. The kids menu was great with the usual options but all made fresh none of the usual shop bought rubbish. The service was excellent we didnt feel rushed at all but it was attentive enough that you couldnt call it slow, just the right balance. If i had one criticism and it would be constructive as it was so good, i wish the crab cake starter and the hake main had a little more of the bisque but i am being picky really 🤣🤣. Highly recommended.
Outstanding food, an absolute taste sensation. The waiting staff were absolutely lovely and wouldn't even let me carry my beer from the bar to the table! Now that's care and attention for you. We will most definitely be back.

Gorgeous food! Great local products and great service. Some lovely beers, wines and cocktails too. We go everytime we are on the Scillys.
Seafood sharing platter to start was simply fabulous. Char-grilling of the prawns enhanced the flavour greatly.
Whole Cornish Sole dish with fresh vegetables was well cooked and presented. Cheese board was excellent also.
A couple of niggles concerning the waiting staff included lack of water bowls (for use after peeling prawns), I had to ask for replacement napkins and the lack of knowledge relating to cheese served.
Despite this, we will probably return later during our stay.
