There were 8 of us and put us into a little private room. At first I thought just normal pub lunch but food was excellent and fast service
Great breakfast! The hot breakfast is cooked to order (very unusual for hotels these days!) No limp, half cold bacon or rubbery eggs from a buffet. All freshly cooked straight from the kitchen. Big shout out to the chef and to Phyl front of house in the restaurant. If I lived local I would come here

Excellent few hours of lunchtime menu options available for the winter months, nice and warm in winter and next to the Canal and outside seating available in the summer. Good lunch menu choices and drinks options to have at various times of day. Looking forward to meeting with friends here again lat

Good-sized meals at a good price. We ate before 6 on a week day to take advantage of the 2 for £10.49 and were pleasantly surprised with the size, and it tasted delicious. The restaurant sits next to a canal with views of Huddersfield University.
