I visited Harvey's for lunch as part of a group of nine prior to attending a match at Huddersfield Town. I can give nothing but high praise for this venue and would highly recommend a visit.
All of the staff were friendly and accommodating when taking drinks and food orders and we were also welcomed by the owner who was interested as to how we found the venue and why we chose it having travelled up from London.
The menu is extensive and in my opinion has something for everybody and the food served was of a high standard. I myself went for the fishcakes as a starter and then had the hanging chicken kebab which was very, very good. The chicken was tender and the chorizo chips I ordered, which were a first, were also very nice.
Our waitress was happy to arrange some taxi's to get to the football ground which was appreciated and when we left we were thanked for our custom by the manager.
Was in Huddersfield for football and booked a table for nine,which included three kids aged between 10-14.
Had a great time.
Staff were very friendly and we weren’t rushed at all.
Owner came over and talked to us about the place and how we found it.
Food was excellent,would recommend the Harvey’s rarebit.
Main courses ordered ranged from pizzas and chicken burger,through to steak and a variety of kebabs.
All turned up together,well cooked and tasty.
Empty plates all round!
Would definitely recommend this place for a family lunch,or just a friendly get together.
Hopefully will be back next year.
Beautiful venue, fantastic food, great service. Had the hot pizza, but had serious food envy over the GF's sharing platter...the belly pork and black pudding balls will be on my menu choice next time. Amazing, keep up the great work.
First time ever been we went for hubbys 50th there was 20+ of us and the whole experience from start to finish was excellent sun was out staff were superb emma made sure everyone was okay the food was superb couldn't fault it price was reasonsble for food, drinks were bit expensive but you get what you pay for would definatly be going again...
First visit as was celebrating with family. I live in sheffield but my neice lives in Huddersfield... great food .. the garlic bread was best we have tasted in a while.. and the hanging kebab ... yum ... to finish the cheesecake in a jar ... yummy xxx if in Huddersfield and passing will defo return xx
Yet another lovely meal here....one of our favourite places to have dinner out...great atmosphere, great choice of drinks, fabulous food but most of all fantastic, friendly and attentive staff....would eat her every night (if I could afford too �)
Friendly polite staff and gorgeous food. Couldn't fault it. We had to park down the road a bit cos car park full, but worth the short walk. Deffo be back

Came here last night for a birthday meal and the food was beautifull the steak was probably the best I've had

Had a lovely evening yesterday. The atmosphere was relaxed, the food was good, all the staff were very pleasant, and the styling and decor very much to my taste. G&Ts a bit expensive but hey ho can put up with that.
Epic. Fantastic food and amazing service, great interior. Surprisingly well priced. 2 x hanging kebabs, charcuterie for 2 and 3 drinks and a cocktail. £85. Brilliant.
Great food loved everything we ordered. Does get very busy and luckily we could be accommodated without a booking. Would definitely recommend this place. Parking is a bit difficult.
First thing we noticed were the lovely welcoming staff who made us feel comfortable with our baby being there and second was the food... yum.

I enjoyed the experience, i really liked the food and the atmosphere was very good. Staff were excellent very polite and friendly. I ordered Margarita stone baked pizza It was delicious I would 100% recommends this place.

This is our first visit to Harvey's.
We had no table reserved but the young man greeted me and nothing was too much trouble or more important than to find a table for me and my family.
We opted for Sunday Roast chicken and beef. mash, roasties, roast carrots, roast parsnips, green beans, cabbage, broccoli, yorkshire pudding and we opted to pay extra for cauliflower cheese as well.
Sticky toffee pudding for afterwards was yummy !
Ossett brewery Yorkshire Blonde was perfect to accompany !

Have enjoyed countless meals at Harvey's. Always a warm welcome, excellent food and great ambience!! The belly pork and patatas bravas are my all time favourites!! Please could you consider reinstating the chipolata sausages on to the tapas menu please!!! They were divine ❤️
A large group of us attended before Christmas and wow what a wonderful dining experience it was. We had pre-ordered food and had zero issues on the night. The service was prompt and polite, the food was delicious and drinks were flowing! Very successful night for us, thanks again.
I personally ordered a hanging kebab which was delicious and enjoyed a cheesecake for dessert. Cocktails were delicious too. No complaints!
I came here for a family meal for my birthday and it was brilliant.
The staff were very attentive and went above and beyond to make it special and seamless.
The food was excellent and the drinks were lovely. I had the garlic chicken hanging kebab and it was great. I also had a special Halloween cocktail which was very tasty!
I'd recommend Harvey's for a lovely meal anytime, but it was even more fantastic for celebrating a special occasion.
