I went to Scar House Barn for the first time in Hubberholme with the Otley & Yorkshire Dales Branch Dry Stone Wallers this year. It was the last day of the National Trust Walling Weekend, when there is a site located on the edge of a tree tube area, in which some pieces of wall got demolished and then rebuilt back into a retaining limestone wall. It was a very awesome sunny day for me to take these photos!

What a fabulous surprise after a long slog up the hill. Ice cold water, soft drinks, home-made cakes and seats with a glorious view to help you get your breath back.
