What an Indian the food was amazing. Everything cooked perfectly and tasted so so good. Loved the spring onion rice and the boiled egg in my jalfrezi! My work mate loved his too. Top marks and will definitely 💯 return.

Very pleasant Indian restaurant. Helpful staff and a good menu with traditional favourites and chef’s specialities. Convenient parking adjacent. Food served in a reasonable time. The meals we had we ordered as medium spicy but were mild in our opinion. The mixed starter for two was large. Tables close together, noisy at times due to a large group.

Was told of this restaurant by my son, passed expectations. Enjoyed the Wednesday Special. We started with poppadoms, starters were goats cheese and fish pakoras, the best we've ever had. My wife had a chicken madras I had my usual choice lamb passanda, paid an extra £1, the both were excellent, the nan breads were perfect, after which we were stuffed, we declined the sweet and coffee. Wine price was reasonable too. Well worth the money.

Nice Indian restaurant in the centre of Hoyland. Car park, plenty of space inside & take away service. Good range of dishes at moderate costs, licenced with good range of wines & beers. Food perhaps not as spicy as some so ask for hot if that's what you like.

We ordered food and decided to take out as my dad's too ill to travel. The food had a mixed reception and the portion sizes were large. I found the staff-management helpful in making decisions on dish choices especially as am not a fan of spicy foods. We have had a few takeaways from here over the years.its a well established restaurant and gives you more confidence it's clean and regulated in comparison to some other tiny street places. I felt the total bill was expensive but my partner pointed out the majority of places had increased costs due to inflation etc so maybe I was a bit out of touch I think the came to around £65..for three people.

I'm not a lover of spicy food at all, but everything is made fresh and to your taste. Excellent, attentive service even though it was a busy Wednesday night. Fantastic food at an affordable price.

This was the best curry I've ever had. It was a Thursday night so not that busy but the starter and main course was outstanding, I will definitely be visiting their again the next time I'm up from Bristol.

Nice place for an Indian meal. The steak and chips were lovely, so was the curry, very friendly staff. Hoyland is as not as bad as people make out, but then everything was closed. ☺

Really enjoyed our meal, abit guttered that my curry said medium heat on menu and there wasn't any, as I do like a kick, would just have a different curry next time, would recommend!

Went after a good day drinking, food was top notch. 15 quid for starter and a main. Can't beat it. Vindaloo was bang on, but felt it the next day 😉
