Came here on a recommendation from friends and was not disappointed.
The first all looked so good so we went for a Pit Tray to get a bit of everything, it was all so tasty, moist and tender and we didn’t think we were going to manage but we did! Everything was hot and fresh so took about 35-40 minutes to get our food.
The service was great and everyone was friendly.
The music was a great mix of 80s and 90s, the restaurant is in the old train station so it’s a bit oddly shaped and long but it’s very quirky with nice bright lighting. The view was great from the windows.
Enjoyed the meal and cheerful service at this unusual restaurant on a rail platform. Crevette main was very reasonably-priced at £17.50, though slightly overcooked, but would go back just for this. Large portions. Follow the signs to the car park which is beyond the parking for the railway station.
My wife & i went here on Monday & i must say my wife booked it & i was very pleasantly surprised. The food was excellent, Nachos for Starters, my wife had the garlic Prawns, mains, my wife had the ribs & i had the cajun chicken. All was im my opinion absolutly excellent. The service was carried out by a group of very nice & professional young ladies(maybe im just getting old) who could'nt do enough for us. Its a very cosy setting & relaxing, the price we paid for our meal & dinks i think was quite reasonably
The only thing i would say & its a small thing, the lights above the table were a little bright, maybe turn them down as the evening comes for a bit of ambience, i would still definitely come back.
Cosy and unique eating experience nestled directly next to a working train station. Attentive staff, diverse food options and good taste. The price is also reasonable and very competitive. Would go again!

This was previously the station building, but it's now run as an independent cafe that is decorated using reclaimed furniture from old railway coach's.
The burger I had was literally the best I've eaten anywhere. Juicy, tasty and well presented. The service was attentive, friendly and helpful.
Such a lovely experience from start to finish.
I'm told this place is run by young people just starting out in life, so really worth supporting if you can.
If they carry on like this, I see a bright future for all concerned. Well done!! 😁
I would like to times the 5 stars by 10 and times it by 2 which equals 100stars. First time to this restaurant and WOW 🤩. The meat was the best I’ve ever eaten and my wife said it’s the best burger she’s ever had. It’s very good value for money for the quality you receive. Great setting inside and very cosy. Easy to find with on site parking available. We will definitely be returning here. Service was very friendly and welcoming. Great menu throughout. This is a must visit.
Incredible smoke house burgers! American diner vibes with an extensive smokehouse menu of smoked meats, burgers, shakes and much more, I had the double stacked American special and it was amazing, hand made brisket patties, smoked bacon and lashings of American cheese. You can even take a seat on the scenic railway platform. Great selection of drinks, massive gin and vodka selection. A must for that American burger diner experience right in the heart of the broads!!
Oh and all burgers are half price on Mondays!!!!
After a friend mentioned the Station Smokehouse I knew I had to visit !
I had one thing on my mind, Brisket !
They know how to make Brisket and they don't disappoint with portion sizes and flavours. I ordered the Texas 2 and chose pulled pork with sliced brisket.
The pulled pork was delectable and worthy of five stars alone and the brisket was soft with incredible flavour.
Staff were polite, our booth was clean and comfortable.
And the cheesecakes...👀😋
What a wonderful and different place to dine. Been twice now and it doesn't disappoint just make sure you are hungry and a meat lover!
Wow. I will be back and starve myself for a few days first. The food is amazing and the portions big!! Very friendly staff. It's such a lucky find!! I showed pictures to family and friends and now everyone wants to go. It is a little odd in location. You park to the sude of the station but I noticed it's also on a popular walk. You head towards the platform but it's up the ramp and to the side. Possibly the stations old control room! I really loved it. I dont know how accessible it is as we had stairs to traverse and the bench seating is a little tight ( to me) but comfy once sat so if you are disabled or in a wheel chair please call them first. They do takeaways too.
First time visit. Lovely food cooked well. Lovely staff, lovely place just slightly small which comes with a small car park. But would definitely recommend.
Good BBQ- big portions for hungry bellies so don’t have a starter if you want dessert! Lots of meat, we took our leftovers away in a takeaway container. Nice music, good venue for a family occasion
Cool place, great food, chilled atmosphere. Beef brisket was amazing and the selection of craft beer is good too with some locally sourced stuff in the spotlight with the redwell brewing stuff also. Can’t go wrong here for about £30 for 2 couple
Large portions of food, unable to eat it, pricey too, but good quality meat so worth it. A bit unusual to be in such a narrow building, well decorated, friendly staff

Really friendly staff. Incredible food, you could tell it was fresh and off the grill, really high quality meat. Really nice atmosphere with separated booths for privacy. Not overly expensive, price set right for the quality of the food, and cheaper then other places in Norfolk to eat. Would highly recommended.
Tasty, classic smokehouse fare with some delicious sides. A good range of drinks too with a decent gin selection. Quick, friendly service and there's even seating on the platform for warm days or the train enthusiasts...
If you want mouth wateringly succulent meats, greats beers and a family friendly atmosphere; this is the place for you.
Never a disappointing meal and always good service. Will happily be returning.
Also, pretzel buns! Not something you see too often and always a worthy addition to a burger or meaty treat in my humble opinion.
