The best tapas! We were served by Kay, he looked after us as if we were guests in his home! The food and drinks here are great, the atmosphere and service was perfect. We'll be back again and would recommend.

Nice atmosphere. Lovely staff. The food was nice, just a little tight on portion size. We had 8 plates between 3 and still felt really hungry after.
Lovely tapas food. We had a selection of small plates including their patatas bravas, meatballs, chicken wings, beef and aubergine bake. Everything was beautifully cooked and tasted delicious Didn’t try their cocktails but they had a great selection. Service was very friendly . Would highly recommend.
Wow! THE most incredible food! So tasty! Very well priced and set in a lovely bar/restaurant close to Palmeira Square. Really friendly staff too. What's not to like? I'll definitely be back! Thanks guys xx
Love this place! I have sat outside in the sunshine twice now eating the great selection of vegetarian tapas options and drinking the delicious cocktails. Very friendly and conscientious staff. I'm taking some friends again tomorrow night!
We had left it a little late to eat and hadn’t booked, Mascara welcomed us and enabled us to carry on our evening. The food was second to none and we relaxed and enjoyed our bottle of wine…such a fabulous evening, will definitely come back next time we are in Brighton. Thanks for making us welcome Xx

The service and vibe of the place was definitely a hit and the lamb tagine made by Kay was the most delicious tagine we had in a long time, it remind me of a very tasty homemade dish made with love.. definitely worthy a try!
They are a Spanish tapas bar with some french/marrocan options... definitely our new favourite local☺️

Lovely service and the owner is great. Food was pretty decent although portions are small so you'll need to order a fair bit which is no bad thing
