Reviews Grubbs Burgers

Well it's been a while since I have been to Grubbs. The one I went to had a cool conveyor belt with buckets that they taped the order to and then delivered the burgers from the kitchen upstairs onto the counter. It doesn't look like that is still around :( Hopefully I'm wrong. I am glad to see that they still have all the interesting burger flavors. My favorite was the Tropical with lettuce, banana, pineapple and peanut butter. And now they have Vegetarian burgers! Cool. The 5 stars is based on where and when I ate there... Though the newer reviews sound pretty similar, so I feel safe saying if you are anywhere nearby: Try Grubb's Burgers!

So gret! Grubby and big, but not too huge, possible to eat without making a huge mess. Such great onion Rings as well.

The best burgers in Brighton by far. Beef burgers and veggier burgers. Their potato wedges are also fantastic. Not only are the burgers otherworldly but they have the wildest toppings I've encountered before or since. My favourite was the Maylasian, which had lettuce, salsa and peanut butter. Yes, peanut butter. I was skeptical when I first heard of it but I swear I was converted the instant I took my first bite. You will too. That is just one of 10ish different kinds of burgers you can get. Simply put, if you go to Brighton and don't get Grubbs you are a fool.

There are several Grubbs burger outlets in Brighton- it's another of Brighton's unique selling-points. I love living in Brighton! Of all the Grubbs sites, this is my favorite. The St James Street Grubbs is in a handier spot but this one is in better lick and nicer to perch in to devour your burger and slurp your milkshake. I'm a vegetarian (be tolerant now!) and I have to admit that I prefer the veggie burgers at Red Veg...BUT I do prefer some of the choices at Grubbs- their choice of sesame bun (great), their Malaysian burger which truly is genius. And last but by no means least their chocolate milkshake! It's so good, as good as the much posher and more expensive Bill's chocolate milkshake.

If you stumble out of the Wick, Cooper's Cask, Brunswick or Freemason's and need a burger on your way home, then you need a burger fix from Grubbs. Just the ticket after a night on the booze. This is such a handy place on Western Road quite close to Palmeira Square. Try a Blue Cheese Burger or one of the Hawaiian delights. You can have anything on your burger from Grubbs. Including Peanut Butter. No really. You can. Veggie burgers available too.

Great tasting and excellent value burgers. Miles better than your Burger King and McDonald’s equivalents. Hospitality by the two gentlemen running the show in there yesterday evening was superb, they definitely go above and beyond usual standards.

Was an incredibly warming place, great atmosphere, amazing food, they clearly take pride in what they do, they turned burgers into pure art. I was originally going to take it away, but whilst ordering, I decided I actually want to stay in. I'm never like that. This place is magnetic. Pure bliss. I've been to every burger place in Brighton, and this one is by far the best 👌 The man working, Michael, was super lovely. He clearly has a lot of passion for what he does, and he made sure we were happy and having a good time. This place blows my mind, and I can not express enough how much I think you should definitely go here!! Thank you guys for the wonderful experience!

Visited 2 months ago and still thinking about the experience to this day, so I felt compelled to leave a five star review. By far the best burgers I have ever tasted, nothing comes close, and both of the ones I had were vegetarian!! Without a doubt, an unforgettable taste.

Burgers were gorgeous with fresh salad. The chips were incredibly disappointing. Cheap frozen chips. The chips were over £3 a rip off on those. What happened to the good old chip shop chips they used to do?

Staff were really friendly and the burger was on point too. Didn't know what to expect bas it was my first time going but the next time I'm in Brighton I'll be going again. Burger tasted great and the fries were cooked perfectly, there's even vegetarian burger options too. I recommend you take away though as there's not many places to sit and eat in there and where there is it's not very comfortable.

Amazing selection of beef and chicken burgers with different fillings. Cheaper and better than five guys! Couldn't recommend it more for anymore after a reliably good burger for lunch or dinner. 🍔 Make sure to get the mango dip and the garlic dip as they are both amazing.

Great burgers, done simply but great! Large fries are big enough to share between two There’s only two tables indoors but takeaway is great as well Lots of pickles on the normal burger which we liked
