Richard's Cafe - Hove - Photo album

The minute you sit down in their cosy cafe, Babs the waitress will instantly charm you with her smile and Scottish lilt, she's human sunshine. Had their biggest fry-up, and my lord, it was massive, large delicious (clearly premium) sausages, 2 fried eggs (not oily), hash browns which didn't ooze oil
A truly fantastic place which I cannot fault! I ordered a sausage for my 2 dogs and they cut them up and served them in a bowl which the dogs woofed (excuse the pun). This is the 3rd time of coming here and the whole experience is consistently high! Thank you to all the staff - A job well done!!! xx
We went to Richards for breakfast as it's known locally as a great spot, and as usual it didn't disappoint. I branched out to try the vegetarian breakfast this time and it was great - particularly the sausages. And how can I not mention the amazing friendly service from the owners who looked after u

Very enjoyable Full English Breakfast on a Sunday morning. Staff are really nice. A real cafe atmosphere. Will definitely visit again.
This place is an absolute gem! Successful in so many ways. The decor and ambiance are super cosy. There are just so many people serving so there can be no accusations of neglect. Barbara is so friendly- but then so is everyone. While we were sat there, a man was walking backwards out of the door pra
Order was taken soon after we sat down. It was quite busy but despite that, staff were very cheerful and friendly. Food was lovely, we had full English and ham and cheese toastie. It was a lovely sunny day so we sat outside, and that was very nice. Coffee also tasted great, we love our coffee and it
Smashed down a couple of cooked breakfasts (one veggie!) and the waitress kindly offered to swap the tomato for an extra hash brown! Food all good quality and reasonably priced. Would love to go back to try one of their many, tasty looking sandwiches...
I frequently order from richards and they always bring me such great food and very pleasant notes too! Along with free gifts, the staff here are wonderful and I will have to visit in person sometime soon 😊👍
Had the pleasure of having brunch at Richards today with my daughter and her friend - have eaten here before and loved it - have to say , the lovely scottish lady who works there is simply THE nicest , happiest person you will ever meet - OMG - she could not do enough to make sure we were all happy
The BEST vegan breakfast I’ve ever had, reasonably priced, good coffee and lovely staff.
Great food with great hospitality to match, despite being super busy we got our food in no time, I honestly cannot fault it. It's a yes from me😀
A small, cozy dine-in and take-away. I really enjoyed the sardine on rustic toast special. The balsamic sauce was very nice. Prices are on the cheaper end of the scale in my short experience in the UK.
Lovely cafe. Great service and fab coffee 👍
