We were asked to provide roulette and blackjack table for a private party upstairs.
The whole evening was a complete success. The tables fitted nicely in the beautiful upstairs events room. The windows are just stunning. Staff were extremely helpful with both set up and breakdown .
The breakdown was definitely made easier with the help of the lovely doorman who let me park outside . Thank you for having us.
Discovered this place recently and enjoyed the friendly atmosphere as well as the mid week prices. While being there with my friends, I was served by a front of house staff named Charlie, who made us feel welcomed and was interested about our student life. Would go again, even though it is a bit out of the way.
Have visited the Freemasons a couple of times with friends and despite being away from student living, we always like to make the trip.
Last Friday we were served by (I think) Charlie who had a bubbly personality and was very friendly and was interested in what my friends and I had to say.
Drinks are very decently priced for Brighton and the food always looks good from what I can see, we haven’t had any yet. The lovely chilled out vibe is always inviting.
Such a great pub, good vibes always, clean, staff are super attentive, hard working and friendly! Food is 10/10! And the space for any party’s or private events is perfect! Highly recommend 🙌
Great food and selection of drinks. Loads of gluten free food. Staff were friendly and helpful, except one bad egg, who I'm sure was just having a bad day! There were awesome DJs on the night we went. The football was playing for the first 45 minutes and unless you like aggressive loud men shouting at a TV, I would avoid this experience! They were passionate at least and once that had finished (badly for them it seemed!) L, the atmosphere was chilled and fun.

The Freemasons has a great atmosphere, great staff, great music, lively and buzzy atmosphere… Food is wicked too! The only gripe I have is that the ladies Loos could really be sorted out to be honest as not particularly pleasant l, but I do love this pub :) Chloe is a great bar tender and always makes our night pleasurable. She rocks and runs that bar

Nice pub to have a delicious meal in Hove and not far from Central Brighton. Easy to get to by bus as well as to walk from the city centre. Good food and friendly staff. 5 stars and 10 out of 10. 👍👍👍👍👍
Served by a lovely young lady named charlitty she was very friendly and made our experience a bloody blast. Would definitely come back again.
Had a great dinner and couple of drinks here with a couple of mates. We tried a couple of the different burgers, chicken and waffles and a few of the sides. All were so tasty and didn't last too long! Good price for the quality and nice choice of Laine brewery beers too
Had my birthday party there.. food was amazing., staff very friendly and helpful on the day to ensure I had everything I needed.. can’t wait to be back again
Hands down the best pub in Hove. The staff are attentive, personable and fun and Joe is the best of the bunch! I will be back continuously for the rest of my life 🫡❤️
