There are burgers and then there are Burgers. Joe’s is definitely the latter. Fresh, well made and just on the right side of greasy and decadent without being too much. I’ve only ever ordered delivery but it has always come in tact, hot and delicious. My favourite Burger in Brighton/Hove. Fantastic.
Stopped at random for a quick bite before a hospital visit and OMG, has to be one of the best burgers I've ever had - delicious burger and bun cooked perfectly, with lettuce so fresh and crispy it deserved its own billing and proper blue cheese holding its own, cooked by a friendly and helpful bloke. Very glad we accidentally stopped here and will deliberately do so again

Do not order the chicken burger, it's rubbish! Huge piece of lettuce, and a thin piece of chicken. Very bad compared to the others that are amazing!
Absolutely bangin burgers. Highly recommend eating here. Buns are nice and soft, burger is cooked to perfection and the menu isn't overwhelmingly large, they just do a handful of stuff really well. I'd go for the blue cheese burger again

Seriously tasty burger with delicious sauce. It was juicy, tangy, sweet and moreish. All options are reasonably priced at about £9 to £12 and it is cheaper to order direct or to collect.
Frikking lovely. I was only 2 days ago saying I don't get the burger love in general. Beef in a bun ,so what ! But THIS one has changed me...Mate bought me one last night ( cheese burger ) and I've just bought one now . Crunchy seeds in a soft bun , nice grain to the patty. Don't know what else is in the there but it tastes GOOD!

excellent quality food. waiting time can be long but worth it. decent value, and you get a huge portion of chips. up there with the best in Brighton/ Hove. They just need another veggie option now!
This was great; well cooked burger, friendly informative staff and well priced. The seating is a bit of an issue but only because of the plague of pigeons. Highly recommended though well worth a visit. Was super quick too.
