Great soul food, good music and a friendly vibe. I've been several times and I love it. Definitely one of Hove's best kept secrets and very reasonably priced. Has a nice family-run atmosphere and some outside space for the summer.

Woo! Really great food here and super friendly staff and customers. Everyone was having a right good time and you could tell the people in there were all local going to just hang out and enjoy the great food. I had curry mutton but I also tried the potato curry and the chicken. All three were great plus the hot sauce was dreamy!

Fantastic Sunday roast caters for all. My vegetarian choice was wonderful, full of flavour, as was everyone’s options. The cocktails were delicious, service was great too it’s our second visit and we will definitely be back again 😋

Absolutely delicious food. In fact too good. My only complaint was that I didn’t have any more space in my belly. Definitely going back for more. Lovely friendly helpful staff too.

Attended a private function here. The manager had given over the use of the restaurant to a 40th birthday. They did provide a carribean buffet that smelt amazing. Sadly we missed out as the food was demolished very quickly. A sure sign of good food. They serve cocktails based with Jamaican rums which as a designated driver I couldn't try but they looked good. There is parking along the road outside. Disable access as it was all on one level. There is also outside garden space

Eaten here once with a friend. Food was generous and tasty. The Jerk chicken, plantain and sweet potato chips were well cooked and flavoursome. Thought the rice lacked a little flavour. Eating area is nice with Carribbean art, and it opens out to a garden for alfresco dining, some of which is under cover. They do an all you can eat buffet option at the weekends with all the usual Jamaican favourites and early evening 2 for 1 cocktails. Not open Mondays. Usually open from midday rest of the week. Nice relaxed atmosphere and friendly. Would definitely go there again. There is free parking in nearby side streets. About a twenty minutes walk from Portslade station.

We had a fantastic Fathers Day lunch, without a booking, and thoroughly enjoyed my Mutton curry. Really looking forward to taking the family back for either Sunday lunch buffet or the specials.
