We had our team Christmas dinner at Marrocco's and it was amazing! The food came out hot & quickly, especially considering we were a group of 20+ and every course was delicious. The staff were attentive to our needs & all in all, we were well looked after and had a lovely night. I would highly recommend a visit, for both food and their infamous ice cream.
After many visits to Brighton it was about time I'd get myself into Marrocco's for something to eat. I was given a friendly welcome by Maria and later got into a nice little conversation with waiter Nick about photography. Both Nick and Maria were very friendly and the pizza I had was absolutely fabulous! Then the cappuccino... very, very good! I recommend this restaurant. Surely will come back next year!

We have recently found this one on the seafront at the far end of Hove.
It is a fabulous ice cream shop .
It looks like a cafe, but inside also has a superb restaurant menu.
It has lower price options as well as top of the range seafood platters and amazing specials.
Service also very efficient
Been twice this week and will be back.

I absolutely love this place.....I’m a Brightonian and it’s been as busy as it is now,for as long as I remember. My family love to go here for ice cream,the amount of flavours is unbelievable. And my brother is for ever in there for his favourite banoffi pie. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Thank you Marrocco’s
It is the greatest place for ice cream. I went to school with Pete Marrocco and he had a passion for the family business back then. I have reliable info that the Pizzas are amazing. Great attitude from the staff. Very friendly.

Good views and the very wide pavement opposite where us Groups of motorcycles can stop for a coffee, love it.....
I was there on Saturday night for my son 13th Birthday, everyone enjoyed the food and the service was exceptional, thanks to Andre, Nick, Ahmed and Julian to have made my evening special, to find a table at the last minute, and thanks again to all marroccos staff for been so helpful all the time!

Great atmosphere good service. Great food. Food took a bit of time to come out. (Due to a large party) Waiter noticed this. And gave us free olives and bread. Food was excellent. Wine was even better. Thank you
amazing fresh pasta with the most delicious sauce! came for their famous ice creams but loved their pasta as we decided to give it a try. had the mint choc & coffee ice cream for dessert - perfect end to a fine date.

We tried calamari as starter, full crab spaghetti, black spaghetti, and calm vogonle. It is amazing!!!!!! And we had scoops of ice cream and coffee as dessert, ice cream is 10/10, seriously you can’t miss it!
Anyone local will know how good Marrocco's is. So this is more for those down for the day or new to the area. You won't beat the ice cream. It's incredible and has always been. The variety of flavours, along with the best standard flavours, provides a great selection for even the fussy! I've also had a selection of hot drinks over the years and have always enjoyed them with no issues. The pizza is also great! I can't say I've eaten much else off the menu, but everything I have had has been wonderful. The staff are always nice and courteous even in the summer when the queue goes around the block! Overall, I highly recommend it to anyone after a bite to eat or just a top-tier ice cream!
Very old Italian restaurant founded in 1969, originally it was an ice cream shop. Very popular in Brighton. We came here for their famous lobster linguine but unfortunately they don’t have lobster on the day we visited. We then finally order CRAB SPAGHETTI , PACHERI CON FRUTTI DI MARE and GRIGLIATTA DI PESCE and fish & chip. All are beautifully presented and delicious 😋.
Staff are attentive and nice. Seating are comfortable. As an authentic Italian ice cream shop, it’s a must try so we get ourselves 2 scoops each on the way we left. They have quite some variety of favour to choose from but unfortunately without my top pick Pistachios 🤤.

The signature spaghetti crab 🍝 is really tasty 😋, but I was a little disappointed with the grilled fish. The menu said the dish was a whole fish unless there was a special request, but it turned out our fish was cut into two pieces 🙁🙁
The queue to buy ice cream outside the restaurant was quite long, we ordered coconut 🥥 and blueberry cheese recommended by the staff, it was delicious.
Walk in early evening, comprehensive menu and chefs specials. We had gnocchi and margarita pizza both very tasty, food hot and fresh.
The best spaghetti I ever have, strongly suggest you try "Black Spaghetti", although it cost a bit more but with the high quality and food freshness, it worth more than that.... also coffee was great, Gelato was great too... definitely worth to drive 2 hours visit again.
After first experiencing Marrocco’s ice-cream on a visit in 2022, I resolved to go back, as it was so exceptionally good.
This year whilst staying in the area, I have visited as many times as possible and tried a number of flavours (Chocolate, Coffee, Lemon Meringue, Mint Choc Chip) all of which have been superb. Having tasted gelato in Italy, this is just as good. Their sorbets are very nice too. An absolute must if you are anywhere nearby, but be prepared to queue, although it is 100% worth it!
I took my granddaughter here for ice cream 2 days on the trot. The waitress recognised us which was nice. The ice creams are amazing and they have amazing choices, although I only ever have chocolate or mint choc chip. On a sunny day expect to queue for ice cream
We ordered seafood platter x 2 for 4 persons and a carb spaghetti. Very nice seafood platter, the skin of the sea bass and salmons are crispy and tastety. The spaghetti is tender and the sauce is creamy but a too salty. Unfortunately the crabs are tasteless.
I love this Italian restaurant! Texture food and friendly, welcoming staffs! Must try their ice cream! I love pistachio gelato, they made it delicious 😋
Also the deep fried squid 🦑, it’s same as I had in Italy, amazing! Highly recommend.
