Le Nantais Bistro - Hove - Photo album

Great little restaurant in Hove. Very friendly staff and sublime traditional French food. Try the lunch menu to taste the starter, main and dessert at a reasonable price. You won't be disappointed with the quality. A few tables well spaced-out outside tables that you can sit at during covid times
Tasty and good quality food ,very friendly and polite staff,Marco is such a nice guy, good service in general and reasonable price, highly recommended.
Good menu range. I had the rib eye with a wonderful red wine sauce (they give a choice of sauces) with the best dauphinoise potatoes I have had in a long time. The bistro had a pleasant mix of patrons that added to the atmosphere. The photo shows an empty table because I did not want to take a pictu
Had breakfast there this morning, the portion was generous and was beautifully cooked, freshly squeezed orange juice and creamy coffee. The atmosphere was relaxed, bright and cosy and the waiter was nothing less than delightful :)
Delicious food, friendly staff and right price
I would like to start this saying that is very rare for me to do a review with just the bill pic...however the reason is that food was excellent both to the sight and the tummy that I totally forgot to took the pics. Dinner for 5 on Saturday 1st. Febraury 2020 at 7pm. Nice business casual sort of at
Fantastic experience. Attentive and entertaining wait staff and beautiful food. Both the breakfast and seafood options were incredible. We even ordered a second plate of the escargot they were so delicious. Will definitely be back!
Excellent service and food was great. Bubble & squeak was the most exotic I've had but in a good way. Crepes afterwards were a little too thick for my liking, but they tasted great so maybe it's just me. My partner loved her galetts
I attend a French class here every Monday, I've also had breakfast multiple times and a family celebration meal. The ambience, the staff and crucially, the food have all been terrific every time. Definitely worth a visit.
I love this restaurant. Great food, atmosphere and service. It's very French and the menu is very meat-heavy, but it's always a good experience to eat here. Friday nights with live jazz are particularly good.
Today was our second visit, so I can confidently say this is a good restaraunt. Service is friendly and despite some of our fussy family needs they were very wiling to help. Lovely comfortable chairs, tasty well presented food. Arabiatta was one of the best we've had out.
'One of the best meals in Brighton I've had', announced my partner following his escargot starter and lamb main. As a vegetarian, I was also very impressed with my pea soup starter and gnocchi and pine nut main. Lovely atmosphere, friendly well trained staff, good prices and we were lucky enough to
Another FANTASTIC meal at Bistro Nantais! Absolutely loved the terrine starter with chutney and pickles; dauphinois potatoes were the best I've ever had! Great service. Highly recommended.
Very good moules et frites. The amount is really generous and Thursday you can eat as much as you can + one glass of wine for only 13p. The staff is very friendly and the guy really speaks french. They are very fast too. Really worth!
A surprisingly affordable French restaurant with delicious food. This place offers better food than some bistro in Paris. All the dishes on the menu are real traditional French dishes and cooked to perfection. Very recommended.
Went tonight with family the food & staff are fantastic It is low key, understated simple but high quality cooking with large portions & exceptional value. Had plaice & bouillabaisse specials can’t fault it
