Service is good. Staff seem hard working.
Breakfast was okay. The beans however had about 5 teaspoons of sugar added to them which made them inedible. Mushrooms were seemingly boiled rather than pan fried in butter disappointingly. The sausage was low quality also. The sour dough bread was tasty.
Sajol provided excellent service during my recent visit to The Globe. He was friendly and attentive and had great knowledge about the menu and provided great recommendations for both food and drinks. I've just had this awesome English Breakfast in The Globe. It was absolutely delicious and the server Fatima was very helpful. If you feel hungry in Terminal 5 I recommend you this place!

Was expecting a mixed bag due to the reviews but service was fast, food was way better than expected and although more expensive than “the outside world” I thought it was worth the cost.
When the food originally came out I thought it might not be enough but the breakfast was just the right amount.
The staff are very welcoming. Dinesh provided fantastic service during our recent visit to The Globe at Heathrow T5. He was very helpful, professional, friendly and very attentive. He also moved the tables so that our group of four could sit comfortably together.

Excellent customer service very hard working staff special mention to kayla Lovelock very helpful and friendly puting you at ease straight away, the atmosphere was very good the breakfast was very nice, would definitely recommend the globe and look forward to coming back again soon.
This is my first time at The globe and Sajol was amazing and made sure that I was happy with the food i ordered. I also got my phone charged while waiting for my flight to Manchester. Thank you Sajol!!! Keep up the good work
Best food and best service I’ve got during my cancelled flight to belfast. The staff are so welcoming and one of the staff named Santhoshi has been so lovely and professional in her service. I highly recommend this restaurant.
Staff look after you and make sure you have no allergies. Checked up on how I was doing, but not overwhelmingly. Also recommend places to sit with your baggage. Offer of a small meal before a long flight welcome as can be to much to have a big meal before a long haul flight.
