Absolutely terrific food. I ordered a simple old burger, and the quality was second to none. Fries on the side were ace too - crispy and obviously very fresh. They catered fantastically for gluten free, with special GF patties and GF buns too. Service was impeccable. If you're in T5 and have serious hunger, definitely give this place a visit - I could not recommend them highly enough.

Overall a good experience. The classic Bloody Mary was heavy on the alcohol and light on the tomato juice, so if that’s your preference you’ll love it. The English Breakfast was pretty typical, but well done. The service was quick with the drinks, and medium speed with the food. Enjoy!

So, I must say, for being St Patrick's Day and incredibly busy they got my food to me pretty dang fast. It's unfortunate that they have so many horrible reviews because I definitely don't think they deserve it. It is an airport after all so you can't technically expect five-star service in an airport. They deal with so many people in such a short amount of time. Sure the prices are high, here's a tip, order from the kids menu, bam! Decent prices and not bad food. Plus, I'm from LA and out beers are easily $12 = £15 so I can deal with those prices. Could it use some improvement? Of course. Every place could be improved in one way or another, that's why I'm giving them 4 stars. But just remember, you need to squeeze your lemon on your fish and chips and you need the brown sauce as well.

Average fish and chips, tasty English breakfast. Delicious Sticky Toffee Pudding w/ice cream and chocolate/orange cake w/vanilla ice cream. Good atmosphere and good service.

Terminal 5 is the most crowded in Heathrow. Actually it feels more crowded than Paddington train station! Queues at restaurants are the norm and many would give you the challenge of finding a table by your own devices before they serve you. Huxleys was an exception on the day of my visit. I waiter took me immediately to my table and provided me with the menu. Five minutes later I placed my order and go served within 10 minutes. I stayed nearly an hour then paid and left. Food was excellent and the beer cold as it should be. I asked the my coke without ice and got it without ice. First world problem really. 5 stars taking in account we are in Heathrow Terminal 5.

Food was ok for a London airport. On par with the other places. They really all serve the same thing. The service here was very good. Coffee was horrible, but mentioned it to them and they switched it out for a different one, much better. Again good service and good food.

I ordered the sausage bap, showed up within 5 minutes, polite and attentive staff, the flight boards help you to keep track of your upcoming departure. Great ambience I love the retro-ish feel. Worth popping in for a quick bite.

Classic airport food served quickly. Interior decor could do with replacement in places.

Nice food, service was ok but due to the number of diners, the staff was slow to take orders.

The waitress was lovely and happily accommodated my request for just one fried egg and two pieces of bacon. Sipped on a scrumptious Bloody Mary whilst waiting. Breakfast was tasty and filling. Service was quick. Charming atmosphere!
