One of those few places that is nice enough in Hounslow to have a lunch at. Always coming here when I've got time to go to Hounslow. The staff is very welcoming and friendly, not much choice in the buffet but it's always refilled so it's more than enough to fill me up!! Cute cozy Chinese buffet you don't find often. Highly recommended.

This is one of my favorite Chinese restaurants in Hounslow in West London. Yellow Express is not the biggest Chinese restaurants in the town but it is big enough in terms of the taste/ hygiene of the food and kindness of the staff. This is a business owned and run by a family, so I find the setup in here is very welcoming and had never seen the quality of service/ food been compromised over for money. You can either enjoy their buffet or order separately. The variety of dishes available in here is relatively small, altogether 12-15 dishes including Rice, Noodles, Chow Main, and curries such as Chicken, Beef, Pork, and Prawns. But, honestly speaking, these dishes are very delicious and enough to fulfill your hungry minds. The seating area is very decent and very tidy and can accommodate nearly 25-35 people at once. I am giving 5 out of 5 due to the consistency of the quality of the food, taste, hygiene in the setup and friendliness of the staff. I have been a frequent visitor to Yellow Express for almost a year and continue to do so. Thanks..
Love it. I believe its a very good Chinese restaurant as I've been going there for 5 years and the food has been wonderful every single time I went there and I go there a lot. I believe that Yellow express has the best Chinese food in hounslow. The customer service is good as they help you out, tell you whats nice and explain the flavor as well as whats in the food. I've read the other reviews and I guess that sometimes they might have provided bad customer service however no one ever talks about the good customer service as we all know that the human mind always remembers the bad things over the good things. I would recommend Chinese food lovers to go to Yellow Express.
After our go-to local Chinese takeaway for the past 10 years closed down, we’ve tried many other Chinese takeaways and haven’t been happy until today. We placed our order over the phone and the lady was very polite and friendly. Food was very nice and tasty. Very good portions. We will definitely be ordering from them from now on. Finally, we’ve found our new go-to Chinese takeaway. Highly recommended.
We placed quite a big order with around 10 dishes for delivery. The lady on the phone was really kind and helpful. The food arrived on time and let me tell you the dishes were absolutely delicious! Great wok flavour on the noodles and excellent portions at a good fair price. We finally found our go to chinese takeaway place.
Very surprising for a place with a small selection but every dish was delicious.
They availability of an economic take away container was great as well. 4.50$
I went in for a take out around 830pm a different time and food was still being added to the warming trays. A few trays were low but I figure it's a good thing...no food being made and stored for another day.
Great experience both times, I'll probably go another time before I leave. I love supporting family run businesses. Very friendly.
I go here for the beef chow mein, that's not to say the other noodle dishes aren't good. They are, its just I prefer the beef. I can't tell you what the other dishes are like. But I wouldn't be afraid to try them. I definitely will, at some point, once my obsession with the chow main dies down.
GREAT food, GREAT staff,GREAT small family run business. They are always friendly and helpful, very nice people. The choice is not too big BUT in this case its quality over quantity!
Sometimes we like to pop in after walk with my toddler and - again - these nice people ALWAYS help me with the doors (without me asking..they just see me trying to enter and always help )so I can enter more comfortably with buggy .
Summing up: GREAT PLACE, GREAT FOOD, GREAT STAFF !

This is an affordable buffet. There are perhaps 12-14 selections of food plus 2 types of soup. The cooking style is Cantonese. The spare ribs are outstanding as they are crispy on the outside and supple as you bite into the meat. They also have take-away boxes.
Visiting from out of town for work, came across this place whilst looking for a hearty meal after a long day, scored the 'all in one box' with sweet and sour pork and noodles for £6.10, what an absolute belter of a meal for a cracking price, tastey and filled me up ! Give it a try, even if your just passing through, you wont be disappointed !
Good food, above average with limited but adequate choice, great value for take away. It does get topped up frequently. Fantastic service being a family run business. Would recommend and come back soon.
This former all you can eat has changed to a chinese take away due to the pandemic. The food quality has improved greatly now that its a take away. It is certainly my go to chinese and the best in the area. Thumbs up!
