The nearest coffee outlet to the international arrivals exit at Terminal 5, so it is very busy, but you can usually find a seat as the turnover is high.
Costa has the best coffee, in my opinion, plus their food is better than most other similar outlets. Try the Muffins they are a highlight for me!
Café Costa at Terminal 5 at Heathrow Airport is great for meeting other people when traveling to London, it is just outside the terminus 5 favoring eye contact. In addition, it has many options on the menu to make a good snack or have a good coffee. The service is cordial and very efficient.

I could use this review as a board to put these chain cafes down. I won’t. They serve a purpose.

Absolutely lovely staff at this really important Costa. The staff make it what it is. Unfortunately some of the infrastructure needs refurbishment. With a customer footfall rate as high as this place gets, the management ought to realise the need for constant replacement of the parts of the seating
Great place to have a coffee waiting for a flight but I think they might have a mouse problem.
Really nice, lots of space and if you get tea to have in they serve you a pot of tea. There’s a view of the fountains outside from some tables as well.

It’s Costa coffee, so you know what you are getting. Only reason for the 5 stars is the extremely cheerful and friendly member of staff who helped us. She brightened a pretty full and very early morning!
