First visit and ordered 2 garlic half chickens. It's been a very long time since I had chicken this good. It was hot and moist with excellent flavor. The 2 workers I dealt with were friendly and efficient. I will definitely return when I'm in the area again

At this place the food and service are ok but the atmosphere isn't. They don't clean the tables immediately after the use and also don't clean the floor if something is spilled and no sign of wet floor or caution.
Good Quality Freshly grilled Food and excellent Customer Service by Basir. Have been here before and in the middle of many other options, if you are after a freshly grilled meal, then do visit and opt for the Meal.
I ordered 6 spicy wings meal, with peri peri fries. The chicken wings are good, lovely batter very crunchy on the outside and juicy inside. The fries were average, nothing special had better fries in other fast food chains. It is also slightly more expensive than other chains, which is an important factor in fast food business.
The food here is pretty nice, unfortunately the location, atmosphere and crowd are not good and verge on the unsettling at night. I would never recommend coming here with children or families. Very unclean and you'd be better off just getting a take away and going straight home.
Despite this, the service was decent and t he turnaround for food was surprisingly fast despite it being quite busy. The grilled chicken burger was excellent. I tried the hot flavour with the standard lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise. I also bought a cheese burger (without cheese of course), and it tasted ok. Nothing compared to Aladdins for either burgers. If you're around the area and craving a decent burger I'd say the quality of their food is actually good. KFC down the road is actually not nice despite their brand reputation and costs more than these neighbouring chicken shops.
Came here just the once, must have been around four years ago and If I recall correctly I'd stopped over here to get a meal while on my way home. The meal was well cooked and tasted great but as somebody in the reviews observed, this place does seem infamous for attracting a 'certain' type of crowd much to the displeasure of all the nice folks who just want to come in sit down and eat without a spot of bother.
Luckily for me I didn't want to sit down at this place and simply ordered my meal and ate it on the way home.
Nice collection of fast food and deals especially the cheese burgers. Prices are now competitive. New staff could take time to get fully speedy operative.
I'm not really a massive fan of fried foods however their bbq chicken wings are really good so I always get those.. They don't have those 'wibbly bits' on them.. You know what I mean lol
They are cooked just right and seasoned perfectly. I just wish they would use that sauce on strips too. :D
Ordered multiple times because the fillet burgers are so juicy and good size. They add lots of peri-peri salt on chips (which I love).
They don’t give free sauces with delivery orders (need to order separately) which is a shame because it used to be free!

This place always seems like an after thought or a second choice, but it's not too bad really. The girl serving me had the hiccups which made me think that she could've done with someone else taking over to serve me.
