Patisserie Valerie - Hounslow - Photo album

The food was amazing and the service was great too. I've read multiple reviews about Christina and her "poor attitude" and I just think that it's not true. Her attitude was pure gold and she was definitely one of the kindest waitresses I've had in a while. The food was very good and the cleanliness
I found the breakfast to be very large and well made. The eggs were done to perfection. Everything tasted fresh and was delivered in a timely fashion. The place is quite noisy with the coffee been blending so I'd advise sitting as far from the counter as possible. The coffee was nice and hot altho
I ordered a birthday cake from Patisserie valerie on Friday morning and arrived the next day in the afternoon. We'll packaged and with dry ice to make sure it stays fresh. Thank you
Pretty average place with overpriced sugar treats.... Pretty boring coffee. Truthfully nothing special here. Seats aren't particularly comfortable and it's not the most inviting place to relax.... Wanted a second coffee but thought you know what... Let me go somewhere else. Staff are a bit flat, no
Cristina the waitress was absolutely lovely, I have no idea why other people have written such untrue things about her, a very lovely waitress who tried her best to accommodate us even when busy. Her service was fantastic
I was craving something sweet and Kristina served me, she was so lovely. Thank you Kristina, lovely customer service. Would definitely come again.
I came by to leave a review and just saw the other posts. I don't know where these comments on Cristina are coming from. When I was there, she was nothing but kind and sweet. I'm not sure what is going on but this is targeted harrassment and it is not ok
Was just looking around and was amazed by the friendly staff there. Spoke to someone called Christina or Christine? She was definitely a star. Didn't buy anthing at the end, but will definitely come back soon and grab something :)
Lovely coffee and pain au chocolat. I was a little surprised by the slightly-above-average pricing but the waitress (I believe her name was Christina) who was serving me was wonderful- made up for it!
The waitress, Cristina, was brilliant. She made us feel welcome and made us some really lovely drinks, she apologised for the kitchen being closed, which was a shame, but the service & drinks were overall great
Staff is friendly but the service was a bit slow. The cupcakes, chocolate croissants and milkshakes are fantastic.
