We went there for Father's Day! The staff were very welcoming and attentive to our needs! I have a gluten allergy and they were able to give me a gluten free cake! It was really yummy! I tried to get the recipe...but like all places it's a secret!
The whole family enjoyed the desserts they tried! My sister had a waffle and my husband had to help her eat it as she was stuffed. The staff didn't mind getting us the extra cutlery to do this. Loved the gelato options too!
I'm a new mum and my daughter who is four months decided she was hungry too and had a 45min breastfeed while we were there. They staff got me water to drink which was really nice of them. I know that's nothing to do with the desserts, but it was nice that the staff went the extra mile.
There are so many options of desserts, milkshake, smoothies and gelato, we will definitely be back to taste the whole menu.
The venue is really nice too, lovely lighting, fresh and clean space. Love the big window front to look out of to see what's going on.

Everything about it is awesome. Had a wonderful catch up with best friends. Excellent customer service, amazing desserts, spectacular social atmosphere with live entertainment (on tuesday eve) great place to catch up, have a meeting, social gathering, mums coffee mornings etc. Caters for everyone!!!!! Thoroughly enjoyed & recommend
Extremely friendly staff and such a cosy environment, my friends and I felt so comfortable sitting in their having our snacks and coffee, a great environment for a catch up. definitely recommend this place!

We love Mimi's for their service and food. It's so much nicer, cleaner and more affordable then any of the other dessert places around here. The desserts are amazing but so is their breakfast and lunch. Definitely recommend it

Tried a selection of items from breakfast to waffles milkshakes and ice creams (not all in one sitting).
Could use a kids menu but my children were happy with being able to chose from a range of flavoured gelato.
Would/Have recommend and being close to home will visit again soon.
Desserts here are lovely and the experience made much better with warm and welcoming staff. Me and my family came all the way here from Wokingham for dessert and it was worth it. We'll be back!
What a beautiful place the decor is modern yet homeley a perfect location, it has a lovely ambience, the desserts and drinks are delicious as I got a chance to sample quite a few dishes. I highly recommend the Black Forest Brilliance, which is a Black Forest cheesecake with a delicious cherry centre mmmmm
I will definitely recommend Mimi's Dessert Lounge to all my friends and family for casual meet ups or for parties..

Mimi's was the BEST breakfast I've eaten in England. The ham, cheese and tomato crepe was luscious. The owners are lovely, the staff is friendly, the prices are great. We are going back for dessert tomorrow. There's nothing like it in this area!
Myself and my husband Amit would highly recommend Mimi’s as Venue to host a private event / social gathering. The staff are so friendly and efficient. The hot food/canapés are amazing - great choices for vegetarians. There’s ample parking and it’s a ideal location for west London. We hosted a singles date night and received so much good feedback we are already planning the next event! Thank you Mimi’s for hosting such a fantastic event !

My family are visiting from overseas and yesterday we all went to Mimi's for breakfast. Everyone was really pleased with their meals - I had the full English and it was great! The dessert menu looks immense and we are all going back tonight to enjoy some pudding. Mimi's prices are very reasonable, the staff and ownership are lovely, and the atmosphere is really nice - there's nothing like it in this part of Hounslow. My wife, daughter and I are locals and it's wonderful to finally have a great neighbourhood establishment to hang out at.
Mimi's has the perfect atmosphere for any time of day. With high quality treats and excellent service, you leave feeling like you have been to a 5 star venue with the heart of a family run business. No other place like it that I know!
Friendly staff, we was greeted by the (I assume owner, she was very on the ball and friendly) staff member .
Food was very tasty and filling and well worth the price
Service was quick (she told us they were short stuffed but you honestly wouldn’t have noticed as the food and drinks came out quick)
The decorations were stunning, and the toilet was very clean
Overall the atmosphere was relaxing and the dining area was pleasant

Mimi's Coffee and Dessert Lounge is my new go-to spot whenever I'm in London! Not only is the food and desserts amazing, but the ambiance is absolutely lovely! Not to mention the wait staff, Beatrice-Elena, and Larisa were very sweet to me. I'll be back! 🥰

Plenty of seating area and excellent service. If you get Richard to serve you, you will understand what I mean. Great guy to talk to, and goes well out his way to make sure you are happy and feel welcomed.
It’s a homely place where the quality of food is also great. The coffee is good quality and well prepared. There’s plenty of variety in the food menu too from Bubble teas to ice cream.
Highly recommended if in the area or passing by.

Good place for a coffee and dessert date or if you fancy having a dessert. Excellent selection of food and dessert options in the menu. Staff were quick to serve and very friendly.
We opted for the taster premium and tempting tiramisu torte, the torte had bit of alcohol in it and the texture was fantastic. The taster premium has 4 small pieces of different flavour waffles, it's a good option if you want to try a little bit of everything but personally I would go for the ferrero rocher option next time as I enjoyed that the most.
Parking is limited in the front of the shop so keep that in mind.
Georgous desserts and the price is on par with any dessert establishment. This one is the only place in the local are which serves this menu.
Staff very warm and friendly.
My little one enjoyed her pink cake which was surprising as she hates cake.
Spied some breakfast orders and we will be back to try it at some point.
A gem in Heston.
This place is always a pleasure to visit! I have been here many times for a coffee or for short meetings and the vibes are awesome. Always so relaxed, warm and inviting - it really is a calming place to be.
On this occasion I visited with my children (Ages 3,5,7) and we ordered a waffles, Gelato, milkshakes, coffee and ice cream. We asked for extra items for the kids (that were not on the menu) and the staff were more than willing to accommodate the requests which made it even more of an enjoyable experience for the kids and us all as a family.
Everything we ordered was lovely - especially the Taster Waffles which were delicious, tasty and just the right proportions!
Would highly recommend this place!
Parking is limited outside the premises, but there is ample parking a few minutes away (when approaching from Southall direction) on many of the surrounding roads!
Our first visit yesterday evening, everything, from service, drinks and desserts 10/10. We will definitely be returning.
I got an oreo milkshake and chocolate cake to take out, honestly one of the best desserts I’ve had in a while. The staff who served us were also really lovely, will definitely be my go-to dessert place.
Had the halal breakfast and my little one had the pancakes with strawberries. All food was lovely and owner was very helpful. 🙂

Really nic place, very friendly staff.
I just tell the girl that its my husband birthday today, she did great job as she wrote Happy Birthday on plate.
Good place to go for ice cream and desserts. I am more of a old school dessert fan - their apple crumble is amazing.
Had a nice experience. They have added a beautiful center piece decor as well recently. Crepe and waffles were delicious and off course the Chai Latte.
4 stars because the service was bit off. Though not bad but I think they need to be a bit more proactive.
Otherwise Totally recommend the place.
