We had the Cappuccino cake. Nice, delicious and moist.

I will highly recommend this cake shop. It is just opposite to Hounslow East Tube Station. Today, I bought Chocolate Truffle cake for my friend's birthday and it was worth it. The taste was mind blowing! Even the staff was very helpful who assisted in selecting the right cake for us.

I was very impressed with the quality of the cake that I ordered from here in terms of taste, decoration and size. I found that the cake was beyond sufficient for the minimal price I paid which was £25. I would rate this bakery higher in comparison to others in the area. The menu is impressive with a good variety of flavours and designs to choose from and this place has cakes to suit different diets. All cakes can be made egg less and can use cream instead of icing. I went for the butterscotch cake and I have never tasted anything like it! I would definitely recommend this bakery for anyone looking for an occasion cake!!!

I had my sons 16th Birthday. With the pandemic and shops closing early. Wanted a cake on the same day. Cake had specifications need to be in the shape of alphabet K and blue cour etc.

I ordered a mango cake online and was incorrectly charged £6 as a delivery fee, when i contacted them they were very prompt in understanding my concern and refunded the delivery fee (i stay within a mile criteria for free delivery).
The cake was delivered on time in a proper pack. On opening it was very well designed i chose a heart shape cake for my wife, very very tasty cake good texture and also was very spongy very impressed and will highly recommend Jacobs.
We had only realised that the big missing piece from my brothers Holy Communion was the cake. 3 days before the massive event, we hurried and panicked at how we would be able to find a good quality cake in such a short notice of time. We contacted this shop as our family friend recommended it to us. The cake arrived at the perfect time and was a bomb of joy for everyone. Having some expertise in baking myself I could very finely pick out the craftsmanship that was put in. I want to pick up on how beautifully the cake was presented and the customer service was amazing. The workers there clearly had work satisfaction and answered our questions nicely.
