This place is located in Heathrow Terminal 5. When you come out of the baggage reclaim, just turn left and walk around 20 steps. They serve good coffees and bread items. Try their butter / almond croissant and you would not be disappointed!! They add chocolate powder to the cappuccino which adds value to the drink. They do not serve in plates, they give the foodstuff in paper bags. They have a charging slot beside the table ( so iOS users like me can stay happy and not worry the draining battery, can stay entirely focussed on the food). Overall a good option to start your London journey !!

When you come out of baggage claim there is a large coffee store opposite but if you take just a few steps to your left you will find a much better option in Cafe Nero

Usually shorter lines and better coffee will greet you. I can't promise the staff will be any happier (it's a bit hit or miss) but the food options are yummy and the coffee just tastes that much more authentic.

Good coffees but the staff may be overstretched judging by the line and the lack of pleasantries, not expecting a fantastic reception but eye contact would be appreciated….

After we landed in London, the first thing we would like to get is a cup of coffee to refresh our day. Cafe Nero is located right outside the arrival hall with various options for both drinks & pastries with reasonable price. We had 2 cups of large hot latte and it was not the best but pretty decent. We love the large size they serve since our past experience in Europe was cafes only serve tiny size coffee.

A great place to have break and have some coffee at the arrival terminal 5 at Heathrow. The coffee was served by very helpful and efficient serving lady barista behind the counter. Perfect drink served at the right temperature. 👍

You know you’ll get a quality coffee at Caffè Nero. Just like most chains, they need an injection of personality and more bean roast options.

Early morning coffee fix as I landed in Heathrow. Coffee has always been consistent and they serve a variety of pastries and sandwiches. Cozy seating and nice jazzy music to compliment your coffee too !

Grabbed a quick coffee and breakfast wrap during a layover. Great staff. Quick turnaround. Quiet little area to sit for a moment.

Besides going to the duty free shops, to keep warm a hot cup of chocolate would be one's first choice. This was a regular cup and though the seevice was rather slow tasted great not too hot. Drink was just perfect. Staff worked as a team but too slow, especially with a long queue. I almost left to search another coffee shop but was too lazy to walk further. At the end, the drink turned out lovely.

I just wanted to say that today I looked at how a customer's boiling drink fell on top of him, by mistake of the barista who served him, and when he turned around he was laughing at what bad ethics and unprofessionalism.

Really helpful staff, accidentally spilled my coffee and within a few minutes they had got me a new one and was very polite
