Was greeted by Seby who gave us a wonderful experience of trying cavier, and explaining the ways to try on the hand and with bellinis. Was taught about the spoons made with pearls. Nothing was too much trouble, made to feel extremely welcome 🙏

Good seafood bar with a nice variety of raw fish including tuna, salmon and the famous gravlax. Plates comes with toast and butter and salad. Good service, prices a bit on the high end but overall quite ok.

We only stopped in for a cocktail before our flight and Remy was fantastic. Quick to take our order, courteous and the drinks came quickly. Will definitely be making this a pre-flight stop going forward.
