This is one of my favorite hotels when I need to arrive or leave from Heathrow. The staff are some of the best you will find, as are the management. Warm, friendly and easy access to terminal 2. Just love it here.
Renovations are fabulous. Love the changes. Have always had great service by the staff. Highly recommend.
Excellent friendly staff lovely room on the 5th floor, slept extremely well. Just wasn't expecting to have to pay just under £4 for a coffee!

Coffee machine with choice of coffees and other hot beverages. Big plus and much better than typical breakfast coffee...

Great stay for less! I missed my flight and needed somewhere to sleep. I chose Doubletree because they're usually my go-to hotel. This property was nice and maintained well. The bed linens were fresh, the room was clean, the food that i ordered was good, and the staff was kind. I'd definitely stay here again!
Every interaction with staff over my two day stay was friendly, helpful, and attentive. The room was quiet and comfortable, and the hotel was in good condition and clean. The breakfast was nice, but did not have as wide a selection as others in the area, and did not have enough fresh fruit, low cal, and low fat options for my taste. Nonetheless, I did have two nice breakfast meals.
The restaurant is independently run located at the Hilton T4, been there a couple of times and the place never fails to disappoint. Fresh food served quickly, good portion size and great service. So a definite recommendation if you are in the area and need a Chinese fix.

Its a oriental food section with alcohol serv. While your flight delay its a gr8t place to make ur self chilll for a while. They serve fast. Clean. Security cheak takes lots of tym ... such a pain in ur ***. So keep calm grab a glass of wine n chill. Or anythg eatery.
It is quite difficult to rate places who offer good time and good food, when you actually have no time to look for them before your name is called loudly on the speaker phone to let let you know that you are the last customer who is actually delaying the flight ???
So, why did I get here 4 hours ago, and took me 2.5 hours to go threw security, because one of the passager has forgotten to remove his Nevea cream from their hand luguage !!!
And then being told , don't be so impatient, as there is always the next flight ??? FTW... OMG... well to come back to the actual review, this place is serving decent food promptly with no fuss, but some time because they haven't the time to do things properly for you, and this is based on my experience flying back here last week, with what has been voted the best Airline in the world last year...!!! BA sounds more last Be Aware rather than, best Air Line...
