Excellent service friendly staff I had bacon and avocado wrap which was delicious I could only eat half and they put it in a takeaway box and I had it for tea.
I have been there a few times the food is alwys good along with the service ....

Best restaurant a round, it's Caters for large groups, food fabulous and great choice on the meal, food arrives on your table freshly cooked and very hot. Staff are very friendly and helpful, nothing to much!. Lots of beers to choose from too.

Our first visit to go houghton-really enjoyed it.The food was freshly cooked, all the food was hot and delicious.We chose soup of the day, fish & chips and the apple & raspberry crumble with custard-each course was lovely and tasty.Will definitely return in the new year.All the staff that served us were very helpful and cheerful even though they were very busy.

Never a bad meal here, great service, literally cater for any alterations to dishes you might fancy and always have colouring etc for my little girl to do without asking. Food tonight was spot on as always�
Well laid out and nice environment. Staff are pleasant an polite and the food is lovely. They cater for parties and larger groups. Well worth a visit. It's easy to find with plenty of parking on site. It is based in an old pub but the conversion is lovely. You can also see the food being cooked. We have booked for Mothers Day as we came here lady year and had a great meal.

Owner, Kishor Patel has not only transformed this restaurant from a rowdy pub, once known as The Dog and Duck, but he has established a standard of transporting cultural cuisine experts to ensure the quality and authenticity of his food – no matter what genre of eating you desire. He has on the menu: American Grill, Indian, British, Italian, Tex Mex, and a Green selection for the vegetarians and healthier eaters amongst us.
The Butter Masala Curry was mine and Ed’s favourite of the night. This decadent dish was served with rice & naan and we both tried the Chicken option. It also comes with a few other choices of Prawn, Lamb, Vegetarian, or Paneer. It is stated on the menu as “spicy” but wasn’t overbearing with spice or heat, and it was a nice touch with the sweetness of the sauce. Loving a good curry, I was impressed with the rich and sweet flavour, and very impressed with the portion and amount of chicken it had in it. The sauce is made with a special creamy coconut butter sauce. Honestly, the best part of this sauce was dunking my chips into it as it was so delicious!

Great evening on Thursday
The ambiance when we arrived was great. The food was exceptional and very well presented. The staff were very attentive and all in all we had a great time and we will be going again
Went yesterday 16th February 2019 table for 6, good service, food was good and enjoyable drinks a bit on the expensive side, would I go back, yes I think I would.
I was really pleasantly surprised. The menu is huge and there was 13 of us going so we were a little bit wary about the quality of the food and the service we'd receive but I can safely say, all the meals were excellent, from the fish, to the lamb shank, to the curry. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. And there was exactly the right amount of time between courses. I'll definitely be back
My family and I went for a meal last night and had a very pleasurable experience. Greeted at the door, shown to our table and drinks order taken immediately. We were left to wait around 15 minutes before ordering food it was a busy Saturday night, the food was well worth it! Such a lovely variety of Italian, Mexican, Indian & American food to choose from. Big portions, excellent value will most certainly be back.
Tasty, high quality food. All parts of our meal arrived quickly, in less time than expected and were very well made. We were a group of 15 and everyone, both adults and children, thoroughly enjoyed their meals. Service was efficient, friendly and polite. Our first visit but we'll go back. Not cheap but not overly expensive and definitely worth the extra couple of pounds for quality.
Great restaurant. Wide selection of foods from traditional British, American, Italian and Indian selections... Something for everyone!
The lamb shank is very good.
We have also had many family birthdays here as they have a separate private room so you can have a more private dining experience with family and friends.
Staff have always been nice and welcoming.
