Couldn’t fault a thing about our takeaway. Was ready to collect 20 minutes after ordering, customer service was great, and the food was unreal. This was most of my family’s first experience with proper Thai dishes and they absolutely loved it.
Ordered from here for the first time tonight and were really impressed! Service was super friendly, ordered the pad kra pao and pad thai and loved both of them! Will definitely not be our last, it's refreshing to have a change to all the pizzas and kebabs!
I ordered some food from Mai Thai on a Saturday through just eat. And was advised my food would be delivered in around 45 mins. Ended up taking a lot longer. I called up and ask if the manager could contact me for feedback on this. The food eventually arrived and I have to say was absolutely delicious. And very authentic tasting. Neil the manager called me the next day. And was very open to feedback and genuinely seemed interested in what customers have to say.. And explained that just eat don’t give a realistic expected time of delivery especially on weekends.And that it would be much easier and better to book directly through the Mai Thai App. Anyway I ordered again on the Sunday and had a much better experience, And again the food was exceptional. I will not be using Just eat again. But will definitely be ordering from Mai Thai again! Great food. 👍
Great quality and very tasty food.
I'm a massive fan of Thai food and, when we moved up from London, I was so excited to find this awesome takeaway. The food is delicious, fresh and full of flavour. We've had takeaway from here about about ten times now and it's consistently great.
Kitchen up front so you can see your meal cooked and see its all fresh food used. No microwaves and no gloop from the fridge. All cooked very quickly and tasted excellent. Definitely be back.
Bloody good for a takeaway, as good as any Thai restaurant we've been too. We would love to see a tasting menu as this was our first visit and we weren't sure on what to order. Great to watch it cooked fresh.... Well done girls

I love Thai food and this is the only takeaway I know local to me. Food from here is on a par with what I've ate in Thai restaurants before. I like the fact that when you attend the shop the kitchen is open and viewable - no where to hide bad hygiene or food practices (not that I could see any!); it's also intriguing watching the staff cook away.
Amazingly tasty Thai food but not much meat in each dish. Downside: ordered online and waited 1hr 45 mins! Good job we weren't in a rush. Get these sorted and it's a 5* place.
