Fantastic little spot for lunch. Location-wise, it's a bit overshadowed by Penshaw Farm, but is absolutely worth a trip on it's own merits! Doesn’t have anything we could eat with being gluten free, but tea was nice and park is good too
Dog friendly, lovely service and good range of refreshments. Right next to the park with plenty of seating, direct access to the park and water bowls for furry family.
Toilets nearby with easy parking access too. Lots to do with or without kids and dogs.
Only had a coffee, very nice staff lovely
Stopped by here with my children and my friend with the dogs. Grabbed a sausage sandwich which was tasty and it didn't take long for it to cook and the staff brought it out. They also sell a variety of other food and drink. I purchased a little windmill for my son, which cost 50p and this entertaine
Very nice small cafe, good home made meals, excellent value for money. We had a breakfast one day and lunch another day, all excellent tasty food. Staff very friendly and helpful, will definitely be back again. Well done!
The cafe is small - not much space to sit inside - and usually busy, but it's great for a hot coffee and cake after you've walked round the park, especially in November when the wind bites! Get coffee to go and drink it in the car as you watch the world and his dogs go by.
Great day out. Lots of lovely walks, lake with ducks, geese and swans. Children's play area is very good food available right by the park with eating outdoors
Food not bad,nice place on sunny day next to play park. Good selection of kid friendly stuff to choose from and provide water for dogs.
All in all not bad at all if you are pushed to get something for the kids when at the park
Nice spot for a coffee/cake after a walk around. Dogs welcome at the outside tables too. Good view of the kids play area of you have little ones to watch.
Lovely place for a dog walk. We walked all the way around. Probably spent 2 hours there. It's clean and well maintained. Will definitely go back.
A small little cafe seating around 10 indoors. It's decor is basic and functional, but the food was enjoyable and well priced. You can also take food to go so you can enjoy it outside around the park. You can pay by card too.
We couldn't go on holiday and not go to the cafe fantastic staff and very friendly food is fantastic we has our breakfast every morning at 9 when opened looking forward to next year's holiday x
Very pleasant and friendly, staff are great and the prices/food/drinks are actually great value for money, makes for a lovely day out with kids of all ages & a good walk in what feels like the country side 💞😊
